She consistently showed up rain or shine, almost always on time. If she is going to be late, she'll alway let you know. She was flexible to last minute time or date changes and I could always call her if I needed her help outside of our arranged schedule. She takes her job very seriously and aims to make both the owners and dogs happy. She is reliable, responsible, patient, and gentle. She has a car and on hot days would drive my girls to the park so they didn't have to walk on the hot cement. This is just one example to show her consideration. She'll make sure they have plenty of water and don't overheat- which is huge for Frenchies. Her pricing is very fair and she will work with you to come to an arrangement that meets your needs. I have personally witnessed the bond between Danna, the dogs and the dog owners...it is warm and personal. I call her before I call my vet at times. She knows the dogs inside out and cares for them like they were her own. The staff is professional and extremely efficient. We all come to know them well. Maybe this was a case of 'mistaken business identity'... but it is hurtful to see such a wonderful place get ripped apart by people who are clearly not part of the Park your Bark family. I cannot recommend Danna and her team enough. I suggest you call and speak to them before you follow this stranger's advice. Or if you live in Riverdale or the surrounding area I am more than happy to give you first hand accounts and advice on putting your fur family member in Park your Bark Day Care or any day care.
