The space is absolutely lovely, calming, clean, cozy. The manager (or maybe receptionist?) was really kind and welcoming. My partner and I went in for facials and a massage. The facial was really wonderful and relaxing - no intense scents, super calming with some massage in there that was awesome. We then had individual massages by Tracy. Unfortunately that was not the greatest, WAY too gentle, WAY too much oil, and hardly felt relieved nor relaxed after - I kept thinking "when is this massage going to start" even after for more pressure. My partner had the same experience as well. I would totally be open to going back if there were other massage therapists though I will say, given the amount of $$ I was really hoping for a better experience. read more

A very clean environment that is decorated really beautifully and the prices are what you would expect for the services that are provided. She gives you some time to undress and a towel to cover yourself. When you're ready she enters the room to do your service. She didn't make me feel uncomfortable (i felt like i was in an obgyn office) we chit-chatted about our families, lives etc like having a bff wax you!. I made an appointment to get a waxing prior to leaving town, as I was a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding and wanted to treat myself and look my best. I arrived to my appointment, right on time as indicated on the website, and waited outside. 5 minutes after my appointment time, I politely knocked on the door (as I was unsure how to announce that I was there) - no answer. I heard speaking and laughing inside, so I assumed the appointment before me was finishing up. At 15 minutes passed my appointment time, I knocked again - again no answer. I called the phone number - no answer. After reading the reviews here, I was very excited for my appointment and to feel amazing for my friend's big day. However after being completely ignored (resulting in me needing to do my own hair removal - making me late to the rehearsal dinner), I will continue use my hair dresser for my waxing needs.
