Even the glass was carefully matched to the existing one - a beautiful, hand made wavy glass. From the other reviews, I guess I should have stuck with shower doors from this company. I had them…read morecome and replace a couple windows with broken seals. After over 2 months trying to get on their schedule (which included 4 follow-up calls on my part because I never received a return call from them), they finally came. While the basic window turned out great, my side window at the front door did not have the best outcome (see picture). The guys left with the screws showing. I called immediately after realizing this and the guys working on it said this is how it was when they started. Are you kidding me?! It looks ridiculous with the screws showing and I'm pretty sure I would have noticed this. The other identical side window has the plugs. They said they would come back and silicone caulk the openings - which I can do myself. I asked them to find the plugs that cover the screws in these kind of frames. They found some and told me to come pick them up - my husband said they gave some pretty bad attitude when he went to pick them up. Of course they don't fit. So now I'm stuck trying to fix this eye sore on my own. I will not use them again.
