It's an airport Hudson News, no one comes here for a bargain! I think this location towards the end of Terminal D is convenient and usually pretty well stocked. I appreciated the variety of books they carry as well as all the kids stuff they had. If I forgot to pack 15 things to occupy my son on the flight, I would have definitely picked up a thing or two here. They were doing 40% off some pretty new release hard covers in order to make room for their paperback replacements. I was a fan of this since it made the hardcover books a decent price if you forgot to bring a book for your trip. The employees are always friendly enough here and they also have a great self checkout scanning station if you are in a rush! read more

Hello Airport shopkeeper, I would like to pay $12 for a basic average two day old sandwich please and can I have some of that $3.99 bottled water at a 789% markup. Thank you, come again next time you are at the airport with no choice of option. Well, here's a little trick for you. TSA (aka Toilet Safety Administration) states that frozen liquid items are allowed through security, as long as they are frozen solid when presented for screening. Next time you'll see me sucking on a big ice block at the gate saving myself a nice handful of dollars. read more

This Hudson News is located post-security in the D Gates section of Raleigh-Durham International Airport. We were at Gate D5 and this Hudson News was down the way from our gate. Stopped in to restock on some cold bottled water before the flight back to Washington Dulles. read more
