I asked if they could send me photos of the two door types I was considering. Received a text the day after with the photos. I thanked them; asked for a proposal and here we are over a week later and have not received a reply; never-mind a proposal. If this is any indication on how they conduct business; I say skip it and go somewhere else. I received an estimate from Accurate Glass in East Rutherford and received a reasonable estimate the same day they came out. Jillian is very helpful and a gem. While I'm leaning towards Accurate Glass; I am looking to get at least two more estimates before I make a final decision.
