If they do show up, they don't finish the job when they say they will. You end up calling them multiple times to finish what they started, and they never come back to complete the work. Trapline is the exception to that rule. I made contact with them, they showed up as promised, and did all the work they said they would. They got rid of some very destructive raccoons for me and repaired my soffits. They gave me a quote and a handshake, and they delivered on all of it in a very tight time schedule. I never had to call them back. They did the work they promised completely without any prompting from me. That is rare in this day and age. If you are in the Orlando area and have critters driving you crazy call Trapline and let them take care of it for you. You guys deserve the five stars, you earned it. Long story short: we made the switch after swarms at our house were getting more frequent and our previous pest control company that we had a termite bond with just wasn't cutting it. After the first visit, termite activity completely disappeared for over a year. As you may know, without tenting your home, you can't ever fully get rid of termites, especially living in the Colonialtown neighborhoods. The large majority of older homes deal with it in some capacity. Our last two visits have just been quick spot treatments because of the protection and treatment we got the first time. We only ever have 1 or 2 small sites of activity a year (no more swarmst though), which is a huge improvement from the last company we used. I got a response before 7am and someone was out by 11am. I was impressed by the quick response and showing up on time a couple days before the holiday. Nestor, the tech who came out was friendly, respecting of our home and in my mind conducted one of the most thorough and honest free estimates. We have a pest contract with another company and he suggested we reach out to them as well to see if they would handle, what we thought to be a raccoon as to not violate our contract. He went into the attic (helping me move boxes so we could get into the second attic entrance) and found that it was a rat caught in a trap and it happened to be right on top of our hallway attic entrance flopping around. I was able to call my pest control company and they removed the rat and rechecked entry points and helped seal other potential areas that Nestor pointed out to me during the inspection. I would not hesitate to call them in the future and have reached out regarding a treatment for the attic to neutralize the rat feces.

ABC Home made a in-person consultation with us immediately. Jimmy the representative was so kind and took Covid seriously. He easily identified all our open access points on our home and came up with a decisive plan to help us get rid of our squirrel problem without harming them. Their prices were honest. He even told me a little about their company and made me like them even more. We decided to go with this company and it was a great decision. He immediately got us scheduled as soon as he would with their guy Alex. He came out a few days later and he set up the one way exit and sealed all the holes. We had no squirrel problem within days. After the squirrels were gone he came back and sealed the holes for good. This price also included a one year warranty so I can rest assured. I have called several times and they schedule for a time for a new tech with a service manager (Aaron Tamlin) to come out but they have been a no show twice. I have called to cancel service - long hold times with a call center in Las Vegas. Have escalated to speak to a manager and they say the local branch manager Royal DeGroff is going to call but no one does.

BUT THE OLDER PAID EXCLUSION SERVICE CONTRACT ENDS IN March 31 2024. Talked to Jeff the manager ( service area code 32824) and 2 corporate individuals and actually he Jeff hang up on me. Talking about he( Jeff) can't be recorded saying that they can't offer the service to me that covered under the old 2year contract ending in March 31 2024. Just to let you know, when you call terminix( +1 (855) 673-5069) , they say that our calls are recorded, lol . It goes for them but not for the customers. They can record us but we can't record them. I basically paid for a 24 months contract for services upfront but they honored only 23 months. That's terminix guys. Be careful with Terminix guys, call me 910 977-9919 to see the contract and the emails for my exclusion service. They wanted us to renew the contract that ends in March 31st 2024, and when we said no, on March 6 2024, they just went ahead and decided not to offer us services ( that are covered till March 31st ) .
