Quick insight of the situation we were stuck switching to this location when ours closed. Been at our old location over 3 years we loved them in there they were great. They were all polite both the ppl on the front and pharmacy. Now to modern day we are at this wonderful ( said with much sarcasm) Store. With this store we have had multiple issues in the pharmacy filling our meds and they never call to explain why. Which is great because with CVS if you call you do not talk to a live person immediately. They have to call you back. So with this final straw we had they said that it was to early to fill one of my husbands meds. I called for the recording since the med has not been filled in 6 months. When the pharmacist called me back he was extremely rude like I had bothered his day by leaving a message. He then proceeded to tell me he would not fill this one med since he was on another med similar. I explained he did not take that med, the other was prescribed at a different time for something else. I then asked when he would fill the med, his exact words to me were... "I don't care how long he been off them. I will never fill this med for him. " I have never had a pharmacist talk to me that way but then also over rule my physician that way. He even talked to the medical staff at the doctor office that way. Don't know if he thinks that store is to busy now with the one that closed that he can pick and choose his customers. I can tell you my new pharmacy will be just as happy to have us,and the pharmacist will have our best interest in heart not his ego.

The bananas look great, but the aisles were so cluttered with carts that needed to be stocked on the shelves and the people that picked orders for other customers, they don't get out of your way. If you don't get out of their way, they're gonna run you over. And today I ran across four of them and they didn't even speak English. I thought you were supposed to speak English here in America? If they can't speak English, are they legal. But I just found everything to be so crowded and not necessarily dirty, but there wasn't the sense of urgency to keep it clean and customer friendly. I had zero employees asked me if I needed help as I stood there looking around to find a particular item I needed. They just passed by me. Didn't even look at me. I think the Walmart people, management, need to retrain their associates. Teach him about customer service not just cheap foods and fake meats.

I tried asking her if she could look my appointment up by the number included in the text but yet again her hostile attitude won. At this point her co-worker started apologizing for her behavior and tried to de-escalate the situation. I told him I didn't want to talk to her but she came back after leaving and started interrupting the conversation I had with the other employee. I said I don't want to talk to her and said shut up. At the point I had enough of her and the crappy service and decided to leave. It's just bad enough that I made an appointment as they require only to be told it would be hours before I get service. Then dealing with a messed up employee? She should be let go. Perhaps a recommendation to Walmart, screen your employees for mental health as this one is clearly disconnected from reality.

I have complained to the headquarters and have made changes to the drive thru to open the top part to hear them and since March 29, 2026 was the last time I picked up my prescription, however this new pharmacist Moore, said I should not have been able to pick up my scripts since January 2026. An inconvenience about your neighborhood store I picked up all scripts until her shift today March 31,2026. Very rude lady should not work with patients. Walgreens will lose all patients who have loss of hearing, anxiety around crowds, a drive thru is for much more than just a convenience it also serves as an aid for illnesses. Won't shop here again.

I tried to get my prescription for stomach pills filled here, they aren't pain pills or anything anyone would ever use to get high from. We I showed him the prescription he glanced at it and said $20. No looking at a computer or a paper or anything, just said $20. I showed him on my phone where it was advertised for $8 at his pharmacy. I double checked and made sure it was the right name and address of the pharmacy, and I double checked that it was still valid. He started yelling "who's going to pay for that?" I said I don't know, I was just showing you what you had advertised. He kept yelling so I just took my prescription to Walgreens. I've never been treated like that at a Walgreens, guess that's where I'll be going from now on.
