I tried to pay for a recent order via the company website, but it malfunctioned. Had to call to give my credit card number and waited 15 minutes on hold. Then I was charged THREE TIMES for the compound. Had to call customer service again, waited 10 minutes. They asked for a picture of the credit card bill, said they would send me an email address. Never sent it. Had to call back and wait. Another rep promised to make the correction...but didn't. Finally had to file a dispute with the credit card company. Just an awful mess. Simply don't know why my derm continues to use them. UPDATE: In fact, I was charged a FOURTH time on a second charge card.

Pharmacy staff are actually happy to see you, very helpful and a HUGE plus, my prescriptions are actually significantly cheaper. This was my first visit so my expectations weren't very high. I was SUPER excited to have my insurance verified and my scripts ready in LESS than 5 minutes. I was in shock and disbelief. The pharmacist was EXTREMELY nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm immune compromised, so that fact that EVERY pharmacist had a tight fitting, properly worn mask was a HUGE plus and made me feel so much more comfortable.
