But because my doctor is an online doctor, and I have ADHD and take adderall for it, she said she doesn't take those prescriptions because she believe they aren't legitimate, even though my doctor sends it over electronically himself. So unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. You would think a pharmacist would have the proper education to understand a medication, the pharmacokinetics and the disorder it's used for. You have no right to decide whether someone's diagnosis is fake. Become a doctor then you'll have the right to decide. you have no right to call yourself a pharmacist either if all you're going to do is be judgmental. You should 100% educate yourself.

I tried to get my prescription for stomach pills filled here, they aren't pain pills or anything anyone would ever use to get high from. We I showed him the prescription he glanced at it and said $20. No looking at a computer or a paper or anything, just said $20. I showed him on my phone where it was advertised for $8 at his pharmacy. I double checked and made sure it was the right name and address of the pharmacy, and I double checked that it was still valid. He started yelling "who's going to pay for that?" I said I don't know, I was just showing you what you had advertised. He kept yelling so I just took my prescription to Walgreens. I've never been treated like that at a Walgreens, guess that's where I'll be going from now on.

I have complained to the headquarters and have made changes to the drive thru to open the top part to hear them and since March 29, 2026 was the last time I picked up my prescription, however this new pharmacist Moore, said I should not have been able to pick up my scripts since January 2026. An inconvenience about your neighborhood store I picked up all scripts until her shift today March 31,2026. Very rude lady should not work with patients. Walgreens will lose all patients who have loss of hearing, anxiety around crowds, a drive thru is for much more than just a convenience it also serves as an aid for illnesses. Won't shop here again.

My elderly mother lives in a different state than I do, so I was very excited to find a pharmacy who could help with her medication. Someone came to her home two months ago for an initial hour long intake and stated that they would handle everything and get her meds transferred from cvs. We never heard from them again. About a month ago my mom called to inquire since we had heard nothing from them and again had another intake over the phone. A few weeks later I received a call from someone saying that mom's doctors were not working with the lady at the pharmacy to get meds transferred. We then contacted our doctors and asked that prescriptions be transferred. Again no further news from the pharmacy. Now mom is out of meds and i have a mess. This pharmacy has not answered phone calls or repeated voicemails, is very unprofessional and their inaction is now jeopardizing a 91 year old ladies' health because we trusted them. Beware.
