They have someone at the front desk to tries to greet you if he or she is not already helping someone. They always have enough tellers available so that even if there is a line, it moves quickly. The last time I got a loan there - albeit quite a few years ago - it went very smoothly.

I presented what even the bank conceded was a NYS conforming POA (power of attorney) and also showed multiple proofs of my identity which were accepted. Oddly, as the POA I was confronted by intrusive questions regard my own finances. I went along as I had already made several trips to the bank and wanted an end. I was asked for my checking and savings account balances; my income and its sources; my credit cards and balances; my mortgages and their balances etc. After all this I was rejected as POA. Why? I had not provided the mortgage rates!!!! This gave the game away, perhaps. I would be a potential customer for refinancing. None of this is required under NYS law and will be reported to state authorities.

I will say that we needed to get some cash, and we were on the Thruway, this branch was just a few minutes off the highway. It was extremely easy to drive into the center, and hop over to the ATM. The ATM's are also protected if it's inclement weather. It is also located in a very robust shopping area with a Tops Supermarket. It was a perfect location. Easy in - Easy out, ample parking area. I mean, it counted right (because I double-checked prior to insertion) but it just was so slowwwwwww. I liked that this was a contactless ATM - I had my Apple Watch and had never used it to use these ATMs, but this part made things super simple to start the transaction off right.
