When it was obvious that the old flooring couldn't be salvaged, he found replacement wood that matched the original. He carefully measured and added material to level the floor, then installed beautiful new flooring. We also asked him to refinish the table. He scraped off the old finish, sanded, and finished with food-safe tung oil, creating a beautiful soft sheen. He was prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced for a high quality job.

When I stopped at the store the women at the counter refused to take the tile quoting the 30 day return policy. When I took 2 cases of unused flooring back to the flooring store (same time frame) they were more than happy to take it back and refunding me the costs.
