The area for mammograms ( Suite14) is decorated like a home and makes you feel safe and cozy. You don't feel like you are in a facility when you are in this area of the building. They are very knowledgeable and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Of course masks are still required for the whole Duration that you are there for your appointment. So if you ever need X-rays, mammo, MRI's this is the place to go. Check them out.

This had to be THE most pleasant ultrasound test I've ever had, or for that matter any of the medical tests and procedures I've had. I arrived early, anticipating paperwork. I was called within minutes of the appointment time. The technician was very professional with a calming demeanor. I can't recall her name. The room where the ultrasound was to be done; reminded me more of a spa in Hartsdale, than the usual clinical appearance. Soft lighting and soft music. A shoji screen with a floral motif on it for privacy. Warmed gel for the wand to operate. If I have to have anymore medical tests I'll try to have them done there. I'm that impressed!

This was a breath of fresh air - it's always so awkward to stand over a receptionist's desk and try to discuss personal information. I liked their set-up a lot - they were very professional and kind. I had a diagnostic bilateral mammogram (need them early because my mom had breast cancer young) and a follow-up bilateral breast ultrasound last month. The mammo tech is a doll - really knows her stuff and is very pleasant. Makes the experience very seamless.... the ultrasound tech was very nice too. The radiologist was a lot friendlier than I expected - most of the time, radiologists have no personality. He was really cool, though. My dad went there for a CT scan yesterday and reported a similarly pleasant experience. I would recommend coming here for your scans - it's a great place to do so if you need them!

They set up an appointment with Ellie Nam, who I thought was a doctor and later find out she was a physician assistant. The day of the appointment she looked at me and told me she could not treat me, she said I had Milia and she could not do anything to treat it, I should see an esthetician. About 3 months later I received a statement from my insurance company with a charge of $300.00 for services that were not provided, under the name of a doctor that I did not see. Why would a doctor assistant charge for $300.00 for services that were not provided? I google Milia and different websites recommend patients to see a dermatologist!
