I see Dr. Cummings. She is thorough and easy to talk to. The staff is wonderful. I appreciate the level of care and competency.

I went to the Somers office. They were extremely punctual. Dr. Pustover was very informative.

Front desk personnel very rude. I can get more help from a corpse. The doctor is fantastic, that's the only reason why I gave a star.

I had a 3:00 appointment, I was told to be early since I am a new patient. I sat there and waited…read moreto be called into see the physician's assistant, and everyone that came in after me was called in before me. I finally was call in and was prescribed a expensive medication. I have been using this medication for a while and it doesn't work. I called to get something else and I am told someone will get back to you. I never heard from anybody. Ignoring someone show what kind of office this is. I wouldn't waste my time going back here again.

So let me get this straight... You are dermatologists. A dermatologist cares for skin conditions,…read moreusually most types and many issues. I would think, one of the simplest of conditions would be a skin rash. A person who has a skin rash, especially one that is spreading down both arms, legs, torso, webbing of fingers and toes, and now has itching near eyes, (but no noticeable rash there), would need to be seen rather QUICKLY. Likely poison ivy or something similar because said person was working in a garden two days prior. However, this person is not a doctor and cannot self diagnose, SHOULD not self diagnose. This person is itching like crazy and actually in quite a bit of pain in the crook of the elbow. The spreading is of concern. Using over-the-counter relief items is not helping to cure, only provide very minor temporary relief. This person definitely needs medical attention to properly diagnose, stop the spread and ease the discomfort. As an existing patient, when calling your office only to be told the next available appointment is ***11 days*** later... Is absolutely unacceptable. Then to be told that your office does not take "emergency" patients, or slip in patients in need, is ridiculous. I offered to come in and sit and wait between patients. I don't care if I had to wait. Again you don't "double book" patients. If a dermatologist does not address rashes, unusual skin conditions that pop up, and things of that nature... What exactly do they do for patients in need? Send them to the ER? For what? A rash? What type of expense are you willing to force your existing patients to endure because you can't handle the necessary patient care in order to be an effective dermatology practice? Certainly not one that your patients can count on in their time of need. To be told you don't accept patients without an appointment in a last-minute need, and to force your patient to wait 11 days to address a rash... Is absolutely ridiculous and unheard of as a dermatology office. If anyone is looking for a new Dermatologist, I highly recommend you go elsewhere if you were hoping to find someone you can depend on. Looking for someone you DON'T need to see in a pinch? Then whatever. However, do not think of joining this practice should you ever think you or your family may need to see a dermatologist in any capacity other than one that doesn't need advanced planning. So disappointed, shocked, actually, that would be their policy. Shame on you.

If you expect quality patient care and follow-up, DO NOT come here. My experience has been…read moredocumented in a BBB complaint, and despite the BBB reaching out to them twice by mail and once by phone, they, as well as I, received no response. What I endured is completely unacceptable. Their utter lack of accountability only proves that their priority is profit over patient care. In the world of aesthetics, this is a troubling loophole exploited by some providers. Save yourself the trouble and protect your face. While they may handle injectables and basic procedures adequately, I would never trust them with a laser or an RF microneedling device again. Update excuse the grammatical and run on sentence): I called again and spoke with Michelle, who is the one I usually speak with. At this point a year or so later I'm clearly agitated and because she's the face of the company and the one who should be making sure she follows through with her promises that somebody reaches back to me as she stated, I was understandably upset because afterward (which I have this recording. As I have most of my attempts to reach out. ) It came as no surprise to me that my continually contacting, to hold them accountable for the damage done, is now being threatened and using a police officer's name and who they are and who you know because I'm calling to get results which you guys continually fail to do there are laws against that but this is part of the one-way mentality that everybody knows the law and they can use people to scare others. Calling and demanding accountability is not harassment. I have all the recordings, and none of them were ever heated until today. Bad words are not harassment. To put it into context, My brother works in a high-risk field and was physically assaulted and harassed by a client. Guess what? The law has very specific criteria for harassment or assault. So, again just to put into perspective, swear words in a heated argument and not directed toward an individual for harm, is not harassment, and stating you know an officer is actually misuse of a police officer as they are civil servants and responsible not for the well-being of one individual who they know but for the rights of everybody so I think threatening somebody like me as a client who's calling and just demanding accountability and speaking to the same person who is pushed me alongside and never follow through with her promises as the receptionist, after a year I think I am entitled to be a tad bit upset. This is just a highlight of what you would have to deal with if you had to speak to them over an issue that you want resolved and where they're putting money over you. However, there are ethical standards broken when you fail to follow up with patient' care sending a picture to the microneedle company and them responding a-okay does not negate the way my skin Lost laxity and felt as though I was "stretch Armstrong" in my face. (the best way I can put it) I have pictures with clear evidence they took the standard pictures following so I don't know The game that they're running is just infuriating and poor ethical medical treatment. I've been patient, so clearly, as a client who's then had to go and fix this elsewhere, I'm quite upset, and their response is not empathy; it is ego self-righteousness and then ultimately playing the victim. Instead of understanding the client being extremely upset and mad now that this has been overlooked on multiple occasions.. complete radio silence, they're now playing the victim because, for the first time ever, I was upset. Again, this goes to show you. God forbid you have an issue. They will ignore you and blame the client for being upset after a year of ignoring you, and the Better Business Bureau whom they stated they responded too . However, they did not because I just confirmed it So who has more to lose by telling the truth certainly not the better business bureau. Again feel free to reach out I have the countless emails, The cell records, the recording of anytime I've attempted and got a voicemail or the front office person and that was it. What's not acceptable is being ignored not the fact that I called and became upset after hearing the same rant from the front office receptionist. Again when accompany promises to make right and this was the second and final secretary I spoke to and have only spoken to her once and I believe she holds a little bit of a managerial position, and radio silence thereafter or excuses it's not acceptable.
