    Walking through the wildflowers!

Such a hidden treat, at the far end of Old Indian Road. Beautiful variety of wildflowers and the skyline is stunning. Decide how much you want and get to arranging. The staff is welcoming and there are so many beautiful flowers available. I suggest the paint can for great value.

A pick your own flowers farm? My happy place. You're given a vase/bucket and a pair of scissors to get to work. You choose from $18, $25, $29, or $40 based on the size of the vase/bucket. The $40 one was the best value in my opinion, and you get $5 off your next visit. The flowers here are absolutely beautiful and you can spend hours making the perfect arrangement. Loved seeing the NJ Elite Yelp event here while we were visiting!

What a beautiful place to spend a relaxing afternoon have a frozen lemonade and enjoy the sunset. Love it

What a beautiful flower farm. Today was one of those great summer days when it's not unbearably hot with a little cool breeze. A perfect day to sit among the flowers with a little wine and then picking yourself a bouquet. I have never been to a flower farm and this was amazing. I can't wait to come back. The only thing I wish is that they sold some food besides chips and pretzels. They had a really great frozen lemonade and also a peach Frose. I personally liked the frozen lemonade better than the frose (alcoholic) even though it was nonalcoholic.

After being introduced this Hudson Wildflower Co as part of a Yelp bandana dyeing event that took place on the farm, I was eager to return -- and did so the very next day! It is so relaxing to sit under the shade of trees on upholstered lounge chairs, sip on chilled peach wine made at the family's orchard (Weed Orchards & Winery), and enjoy the picturesque view and gentle breeze. For those looking for more activity, the farm offers opportunity to cut your own bouquet of flowers from the field, as well as book the farm for special photo sessions.

If I could give Hudson Wildflower Co more than 5 stars, I would. Every time I have been here, it's been a glorious and gorgeous experience. After you park, you head over to the stand and decide which size container you want to put your flowers in. This time around I chose the bucket. You get scissors and head out into the wildflower field to pick as many flowers as you can fit in the container. My recommendation is to wear closed toed shoes as you are walking around in the grass. They also have drinks to enjoy as you are picking flowers. I would highly recommend getting to Hudson Wildflower Co!

This flower farm is so beautiful! They have many rows full of a variety of beautiful flowers and picking your own flower is just therapeutic! The ambience is very relax! This yelp event was amazing! It totally exceeded my expectations! Thank you Michelle Moore for sharing your knowledge and teaching us how to dye with flowers! I cant wait to go back! :)

I've been dying to take a trip over here for the longest time I just never made the time - I recently went for a Yelp event and could not have been more pleased with the experience! Yelp hosted a flower dying event with a local artist, Michelle Moore, where we were able to pick our own flowers and apply/dye them to a bandana. The event was wonderful, but that aside this place deserves 5* for the views and ambience alone. The entire time I was there I was so overwhelmed and relaxed by the beautiful hillside that serves as the background of this flower farm. The owner was incredibly sweet, and the rows of flowers were in great condition and well organized. I didn't have a chance to really check out the front area of the farm, but there was a large sign for pricing for the pick your own, and I believe you can order wine there as well! Overall it was such a happy accident that I ended up there for an event as the farm was so beautiful, I can't wait to come back!

Hudson Wildflower is a great place to go after work and hangout with some fresh pick flowers and a delicious wine or a weekend getaway. They have a beautiful setting and a lot of effort has gone into the flower assortment. The staff is very warm and welcoming to their farm. We will absolutely be coming back!

I love it here. It's so peaceful and relaxing but at the same time full of energy. Everyone can come here I've seen families come to just couples for a date activity and even some men just alone picking out bouquets to bring to a date (which if you ask me is way more romantic than just buying a bouquet). We started off by getting A frozen rose and a frozen lemonade and relaxing on a picnic table bench and catching up, there was no rushing us and plenty of seating for everyone. We went during the day but there was also a bonfire area with seating all around it that would have been fun later on in the night too! So you can pay for a bucket, vase or just for admission, but if you buy larger sizes of vessels for your flowers it includes your admission so that's nice. I follow the company on Instagram as well and I guess they were getting some hate for being closed on Sundays. It's a small family business and I think it's great for them to say they want to take the time to enjoy their weekends as a family together. The owner said she grew up having to work every weekend on her family orchard/farm and that she now wants that personal time. I think if we want more local business we need to support them not just on the weekends but every day. We will be back on a weekday maybe not as long as we did to relax and enjoy the view but even to just grab a quick bouquet of flowers for the week! They also had great products for sale inside the checkout stand like jewelry, home decor and flower pressing books! I can't wait to come back! Oh and we saw two couples on a double date with a luxurious picnic setup and it turns out you can pre book a picnic with blankets and food so hoping to do that in the future as well!

The check in service goes pretty quickly. The flowers are numerous with a wide variety, gorgeous and the picking area is huge! A paint bucket full can be broken down into 4 full bouquets, so great value for your money!

I've been coming here for a few summers now, and this year is by far the best! Such a beautiful variety of flowers. I love coming here because the grounds are so beautiful and everyone here is so friendly.

Lovely place to spend an afternoon, and take a bit of the beauty home, too! We had a blast at Yelp's event painting our own tote bags with a local artist, Berline from Create and Chill. It's hard not to be inspired when you're sitting among rows of colorful flowers and rolling hills of farmland/vineyards. Onsite they have an adorable gift shop and stand where you can order drinks and chips; my mom and I tried the frozen lemonade and frosé (frozen rosé). Seating outside at picnic tables or Adirondack chairs complete the experience

Upon arrival each person pays a $10 cover charge that you receive a ticket for use in the country store in the amount of $10, so technically you get your money back as long as you buy something. Honestly the visiting experience was only okay, I am not sure I'd go back or recommend it BUT this is tempered by the fact that I did buy the biggest, prettiest mum and I may go back again for another one next year. I definitely have the nicest mum in all of Jersey City. I think it was around $20 for my huge mum and I was going to buy some apple cider donuts, but when I saw they were charging $18 for 12 donuts I put the package back on the shelf.

Gold rush & pink lady were my favorite. Atmosphere: Loved for fall! There's was live music, plenty of apples and pumpkins to pick from, plenty of benches and seating indoors and outdoors for eating, and areas for children to play Dogs allowed! Service: friendly everywhere!! Price: cheap for entry, food is $$. You have to pay a $10 fee but it goes towards anything you buy. For apple cider & cider donuts I would say worth the price. We first tried their cider on tap at King's Court Brewery in Poughkeepsie. Easy to find - a big yellow barn with ample parking. We stopped in on a December Saturday looking to have some drinks and check out the new space. We arrived just after they opened and were so impressed by the new, but rustic feel. There's a massive horseshoe bar, gender neutral bathrooms, bar games, firepits, many taps, and my favorite, RIVER VIEWS! The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable and recommended a few tasty styles of beer. Locust Grove makes their own cider and features beer from King's Court Brewery a few miles away. I recommend the Bat Exodus Nitro Stout. Had two and, as a Guinness fan, I thought this was far more flavorful. If stouts aren't your preference, they have many varieties of ales, IPAs, porters, and ciders. The cider isn't too sweet. I sampled a few and found them fruity, funky, and crushable without much sugar. Can't wait to visit again and pick up some swag. Locust Grove has shirts, beanies, and other branded items for purchase. If you're looking for outdoor space, know that they have 3 or 4 Solostove Stainless Firepits. These things are the best - high heat and no smoke. They "fired" it right up for us and before we knew it, three hours passed watching the river as the sun set behind us. PS - they have a legit shuffleboard table inside.
