I was THAT customer that came in late on mother's day looking for 2 arrangements! Within 15 minutes Angel had whipped up two gorgeous arrangements for me while sticking to my budget. I have seen his work for years now at local businesses and weddings around the area and I knew if I wanted to knock my Mama and mother in law off their feet I had to go to him! All I can say is WOW. I am very impressed with Flowers by Angel. I personally have owed and operated several successful florist shops before retiring. I have found it very difficult to find a florist in the are that I was happy with -trying out several to be fair. The owner is talented and the flowers are fresh . My mother and I receive flowers that are ordered through the website and sometimes the reciprocate does not get what they pay for. Not with Flowers by Angel ! he goes beyond expectations and he has a natural talent for design. I have not had a problem with anything I received- I did have a problem with a well known established florist in the area who was not interested in making the problem "right" . Things happen flowers die deliveries get fouled up this applies to everything in life the difference being Flowers by Angel will make it right. I visited the florist met him and look forward to using him for all my floral needs. I give him 5 stars! he is wonderful and a nice addition to our growing community. Do not order from these people! Ordered Valentine's Day flowers 10 days in advance, requested AM delivery. Address and phone numbers all correct. Called at 1:30, no delivery. Got VM, left message. Never responded. Called again at 4PM. Mailbox full, undoubtedly from other customer complaints. Finally recipient gets a call. Couldn't find you. A lie. That's what phone numbers are for. Said we will deliver the day AFTER Valentine's Day. What shows up? Some ugly orange carnations. Not even what was ordered. Where's the arrangement they say they made and couldn't deliver? Another lie. The saddest part is they ruined the Valentine's day of an 11 year old child that was just trying to send her hard working Mom something and tell her she loved her. We found Flowers by Angel when another florist for our wedding bailed on us. We first contacted him by Zoom and later in person. He accommodated our request to use the flowers that we purchased from COSTCO online. We paid him per hour for his services in receiving and storing the flowers, delivering them to the wedding venue, and setting up what still needed setting up (the boutonnieres, corsages, and bridal bouquet were premade). He did a great job, everything looked beautiful, was ready on time, and accomplished without drama. Negotiated price was reasonable. read more
