However, I'm not pleased with the support I've received from him and his co-worker Jeremy. I've called the office numerous times and ask to speak to Alex but Jeremy refuses to transfer me to Alex. I've emailed Alex numerous times and yet to receive 1 response. I have an issue with Allstate, between Alex and the Claims department they've created 2 bogus/false/duplicate Claims against my Landlord Policy and now Allstate is dropping my coverage. I've tried and tried and tried to contact Alex for assistance but he just ghost me. I've contacted the Allstate Claims Department and they told me just have Alex call them and they should be able to delete the bogus claims but Alex does nothing. I'm now considered a High Risk and need to use a secondary /non-standard Insurance Company and my rates will quadruple. For anyone selecting Alex I wish you the very best.

In 2023 tax, he failed to put my wife's group prepaid state tax as credit, we paid $91000 more tax. I found the problems, informed him, asked him to do amend tax returns, he refused to do so. I hired an accountant to do the amend tax returns for the refund. He confirmed that Sonny missed both above.

I don't appreciate the implication that I submitted my documents late when simple email records can verify I submitted ahead of their deadline. Just say you were busy this year, had to deal with some staff shortages, what I don't appreciate is trying to pass it back on to me.
