Our guide Steve support us with hauling pads and setting up below climbs. He shared beta (only when we wanted it and without spraying), taught us about the historic significance of the park, and helped us respect the land's integrity while we were climbing together. Steve has a positive spirit and love for climbing that made the experience extra special. I recommend Blue Lizard Climbing & Yoga to anyone who wants to boulder at Hueco Tanks.

I have worked previously for guide companies, so I say this with a certain level of authority. Stephen was knowledgeable, professional, personable and an over all incredible guide. He went far above and beyond what I would a have expected of a single guide. I fully expected to more or less just be paying for access to the park and maybe someone to show us where certain problems were. Not only did they manage all permit issues, but Stephen joined in humping pads, knew not only where the climbs were but also about the geology and history of the park, knew where the cave art was, was knowledgeable about beta when we got stuck, led in managing pads to ensure safety, and on top of that he took pictures and was a fun guy to spend a day with. Superb service! I'll be looking them up again next time I'm around.

It was my first time experience to go to an indoor trampoline park…read more When you go in, you have to enter your information and sigh the liability form. Then if you're there for the first time, they'll take you around for a little tour. Also, you have to buy their socks. ( I think they were $2-3) You pay before you go in. They have lockers you can use for free so don't worry about bringing your purse with you. It's divided into 6 different zones- basketball zone, dodgeball zone, form pit zone, x beam zone, and two different trampoline zones. Also, they had a small area for little kids. Across the kids area, there's a place you can watch movie so you can kill your time while you have your kids play. Outside food and drinks are not allowed. They had a small kiosk where you can buy light snacks and drinks. I really recommend you to find a coupon on Groupon. The regular price is $12 per an hour but we found a coupon for $29 for 4 people so it's less than $8 per a person. I don't mind paying $8 to come back but I wouldn't pay $12 for this.

Apparently since it's spring break they don't accept groupons even though it doesn't state that anywhere. Anyway the place is very small compared to a lot of other indoor trampoline places that we've been to out here. There were only about 5 trampolines total....the ticket included unlimited jump time but after about an hour and a half everyone was done and over it lol....they have a very tiny arcade area with about 8-10 games of which about 4 work. My baby loved these types of places but this one is just too small for the cost. I paid about $25 for 2 tickets. So we probably won't be back.

The jumping park is super fun. Lots of area to jump and there are people looking out for the safety…read moreof the jumpers. However I do not recommend eating there. I ordered nachos and the woman making them did everything she could to squeeze the last of the old, BROWN nacho cheese onto my chips before replacing the bag. It was so gross and I developed a stomach ache after eating some of the brown cheese. I made staff aware and they offered to make a new plate of nachos but it was extremely off putting.

I don't understand the negative reviews. First and…read moreforemost, this is exactly why LC lacks family fun. Now, let's address the complaints. 1. I have been to about 2 dozen trampoline parks in probably as many different states. Ranging from Maine to CA. I have NEVER been to a park where there wasn't an attendant at every station of the park. This is for SAFETY. In case anyone gets hurt. I've never been anywhere that there was only someone at the desk and people were set free to do anything, anywhere. 2. I've also never been anywhere that you were allowed to hold a child and jump. Ever. For obvious reasons. Mainly, the whole if you fall and hurt your child, thing. But, obvious safety is hard to wrap your head around. I will say, yes. The prices are a little steep. But, I think that is only result of lack of community support. Had the families in the area enjoyed this establishment as they do elsewhere, prices would be more reasonable. I did purchase what I felt was a COMPLETELY reasonable rate on groupon. As a matter of fact, I purchased another so we could have a playdate here this coming week. Robin and her team have done an amazing job bringing something to LC that I've heard over and over again there was a need for. I'm just wondering where all those people are that I've listened to cry that there was nothing to do for their kids, to support this awesome business. And, it will be the people that never spent a dime in here that cry when eventually they have to pack up and leave. Now, go to groupon, get your kids some passes, and bring them in! Get them off their damn electronics for an hour!
