It was my first time experience to go to an indoor trampoline park. When you go in, you have to enter your information and sigh the liability form. Then if you're there for the first time, they'll take you around for a little tour. Also, you have to buy their socks. ( I think they were $2-3) You pay before you go in. They have lockers you can use for free so don't worry about bringing your purse with you. It's divided into 6 different zones- basketball zone, dodgeball zone, form pit zone, x beam zone, and two different trampoline zones. Also, they had a small area for little kids. Across the kids area, there's a place you can watch movie so you can kill your time while you have your kids play. Outside food and drinks are not allowed. They had a small kiosk where you can buy light snacks and drinks. I really recommend you to find a coupon on Groupon. The regular price is $12 per an hour but we found a coupon for $29 for 4 people so it's less than $8 per a person. I don't mind paying $8 to come back but I wouldn't pay $12 for this. read more

Came in for my daughters bday celebration (last stop on a weekend full of fun) I had gotten a Groupon which allowed us entry to the facility at a cheaper rate, which would have been awesome has they honored it lol. Apparently since it's spring break they don't accept groupons even though it doesn't state that anywhere. Anyway the place is very small compared to a lot of other indoor trampoline places that we've been to out here. There were only about 5 trampolines total....the ticket included unlimited jump time but after about an hour and a half everyone was done and over it lol....they have a very tiny arcade area with about 8-10 games of which about 4 work. My baby loved these types of places but this one is just too small for the cost. I paid about $25 for 2 tickets. So we probably won't be back. read more

Once again, it seems we have a group of contenders who just love to complain and can't seem to comprehend that a place such as this must have a plethora of rules in order to ultimately protect themselves from inevitable litigation or any responsibility at all, for that matter. However, if you're anything like me, you're constantly seeking new ways to distract your kids from inexorable boredom. That's what makes this place so bloody brilliant! When my wife told me about this place, I immediately thought to myself, "Self, this is even more genius than Chuck E. Cheese's selling beer and wine for the parents!" The kids get great exercise here. Plus there are plenty of comfy couches for adults to sit on and read or surf the net on their WiFi whilst the kids jump themselves into a self induced nap coma. Apparently, adults can use the trampolines here as well..if so inclined. But you still have to purchase the special socks in order to get on the equipment. I mentioned this place has WiFi. But to be honest, it's not that great of service. It seems bogged down and barely fast enough to support video streaming. Then again, what can I expect from free public WiFi? In situations like this, I usually just end up using my LTE signal which is...strangely faster. They have food as well, but mostly just snacks and pizza. Nothing worth writing home to mother about. Regardless of a few minor shortcomings, I'm ranking this place a 9 out of 10 simply for the basic concept that parents can let their kids play whilst they sit and lounge in the front portion of the building. This place is ok at best. It's pretty small and has just enough different areas to keep your children active. What is concerning is the poor service and attention span of the staff watching the jumpers. They tend to pay attention to each other and their cell phones than the safety of the kids. It gets pretty scary when there are adults and teens jumping with little children like my daughter. I watch her all the time because the staff is mostly not paying attention or caring. If my daughter didn't love trampolines and there was another option in El Paso, we would not come here. Well, well... this place. While the facility itself is pleasant, the prices not so much. The unlimited weekend rate is $24.99 per person. That applies to small kids too. If you have a small kid, between 2-3, they will pay the full rate and be stuck with a small plastic little tikes slide (see photo). Add to that the $3 fee for their special socks. For that price, include the damn socks. They have an hourly rate during the week, that may make it more affordable. We didn't eat here, but I am sure it is as pricey. March 31, 2018 North Zaragoza Location Employees are lazy on their feet!! I guess as long as you sign the waiver and their hands are clean they really don't give a care. This young man was doing turns in the Supreme Jump space and he landed wrong and injured his back. The female staff member pictured asked if he was okay and even though he said he was, he took a long time to get up and held his lower back once he went back to the bench. He was clearly severely injured as he turned pale and clearly wasn't joking around with his group of friends. After he collapsed on the mat, he said that he didn't remember getting up after the injury and walking to the bench. We asked the female staff member (pictured) what they usually do and she said: "as long as they say they're okay we just let them go, we don't have to call the ambulance or anything". When we insisted they call, she told her manager who still didn't call. Us as fellow patrons of this establishment had to take action. Beware if you are dropping off your kids here and thinking they care about their well being. They are slow to take action when it matters, whether due to no proper training in first aid, or just because they think the waiver will protect their negligence. Truly pathetic. I hope the young man is okay because he was carried out of the jump area on a stretcher. Hopefully that's not YOUR kid next time. read more

We attended Rockin Jump for a friends birthday party. The attendant coming in & registering her was amazing & friendly. It was easy to register & sign in, which is nice! Rockin Jump is a pretty nifty spot. We went right when it opened on a Saturday. You go in, sign a waiver, and pay $24/person for unlimited time. Since it was our first time, we had to pay $3 for socks, which is obviously negligible. You can bring old socks if you've purchased them in the past. We took an 8-year-old and 9-year-old and they had a grand time bouncing on the trampolines and into the foam pit. The establishment is very clean and didn't stink like feet or kids. I like that they have spotters in every section. It was great to go right when it opened because it wasn't too crowded. The dining area seemed clean enough. They don't have cheese pizza and only had pepperoni, so that's a bummer for the vegetarians. Teeny poppy music is playing, but it's not too loud, so that was nice. Bathrooms were somewhat clean. One toilet was clogged, another had no TP, and the other two or three were clean and had TP. Good spot, will return. read more

I took my stepkids here while they were in town. It was all of our first time going. I've been to Skyzone which was much bigger and more organized. The kids were just doing whatever they wanted in the dodgeball area. My stepkids had fun and we would come again but my main issue was the timing. We arrived at 705pm because the website stated they closed at 9pm. The door also had 9pm posted as the close time but when we checked in it was 710pm and the cashier said we would miss 10 minutes because they closed at 8pm. The actual playing area is Excellent, especially when you have young and teenage kids ..they had a lot of fun doing all the activities in the playgrounds BUT I won't recommend to book your birthday party The service is Poor, Slow and EXPENSIVE! We couldn't believe that our hostess does everything and I mean everything when you book your party... Paid for a party here and was so disappointed. They ran out of sodas and only had Sierra Mist and water. They ran out of forks so our guest had to eat the cake with their hands. I would of proudly brought forks but it stated in the 400$ party package they would be provided. The worst part was that they only had one cake cutting knife that was being used for all the parties and after 20 minutes of waiting for our turn the employee brought me a dirty knife and stated, " someone just used it to cut their cake, did you want me to wash it?" If you show up on person you must buy the $20 ticket - they had no other jump option than the full day unlimited jump. There are good and drink specials only at the time of entry purchase. I love to get out of the house with the kids but I can't stand the El Paso heat, so if you are looking for a great indoor place to take the kids where they can run back and forth like little lab rats, THIS IS THE PLACE. Of course tiring your kids out costs a few extra bucks, and during the summer Rockin Jump has increased their prices to $24 per person for unlimited jump per day. If you plan to visit more than once during the summer then get the monthly pass that is $59 per person, per month and it pays for itself in about two something visits. Now I know that this seems a little pricey, but we stayed for almost 3 hours and I was happier here than I would have been at Chuck E. Cheese or outdoors at a playground sweating. We got there early and there were only three other groups/ families there so it is not too crowded when they first open and I was hoping that would be the case since I had a toddler with me. I noticed that they took away the toddler play area and added an arcade (boo). My older son (11) enjoyed basketball and dodgeball but frequently had to tune out the robots that worked there while being told "no dunking", "no running", "no flipping", "no sitting", etc.... Now I get that they are just doing their jobs and have to maintain the safety guidelines of the facility, but wow, sometimes I felt really uncomfortable when I was alone on the free jump with my toddler and one of the kids that worked there asked me to stand up. It was just weird. But whatever. I get that you don't want my 20 lb toddler to jump too hard while I'm sitting and break my neck. Maybe I'm over analyzing the situation, but it irritated me just a tad that I couldn't sit for a few minutes while my toddler jumped around me. As far as the cleanliness the trampolines were very clean and they were actually vacuuming while we were there, which made me very happy. I did not use the restroom while we were there because when you walked by it smelled horrible. But that is to be expected from a place like this with a lot of kids coming in and out so I can't knock them for that. We did not try the food either, they had pizza and other snacks and I'm not really a pizza person. It started to get really crowded around 2:00 so that is when we started getting ready to leave. So I reallly recommend going early if you want the place to yourself. Overall we had a great time, and I have to give this place a thumbs up for the atmosphere, and also the friendliness of the manager who fixed a small mishap on our bill. We were accidentally charged for one extra person and I noticed it after we paid and he refunded me and was very nice about it. They only lost a star for the weirdness of the robot like kids who work on the floor, maybe they could learn how to interact with people and children since they ummm ya know work in a place that serves mostly people and children. read more

We took our 3 kids and omg what a mistake. We have two younger children(under 42in) and one older, well they were not allowed to play together at all. The toddler area was tiny and not worth the price and we were separated the entire time with my husband and I running back and forth between the toddler and regular areas. The hour went by quickly and although our oldest enjoyed it (when she got to jump since the lines ate up all the time she had) we won't be coming back. I am giving 0 stars (I had to give, at least, 1 just to post this... PATHETIC!)! We checked all information online... 3 TIMES! Once we were there all of that information was "wrong" and then we were told they could not change the info. on the website. Ok. Here goes the rest of the review... we could've saved money buying a Groupon package but the instructions stated that after purchase it could only be used 48 hrs. later. So we opted to go the next day sans the Groupon. Online the info. states that for 1 hr. the price is $11/person. That was ok. We went. Then we get there and the price is $20/person + $3 for their "special" socks + tax= $24+. When asked about getting the 1 hr. online special we were told, twice, that it could only be bought online. Now here's the difference from the both people telling us this. One said just that. The other person said it could be purchased online, however, we would have to book the hour and it was only valid 48 hrs. after the hour was purchased. Also, the hours posted were incorrect. Since it is summer they are on their extended times and we were unaware. At this point we were told the website not only had that information wrong but there was no way they could fix it. This is clearly the most expensive place for kids especially with all the shady prices. At least, if we wanted to go to Bob-Os or Adventure Zone or Wet'N'Wild or Western Playland we could find all the correct information on THEIR websites. I'm totally and completely AND literally NOT recommending this place. As a matter of fact, I'm telling everyone I know not to give this establishment any business. OH! Management was very rude. Rules were applied to only certain people. My son was not allowed to do a simple flip. We took out our cell phone to take a picture and a man snapped at us and told us to put it away. (Although he was on his cell phone) Basketball trampoline can only be used one at a time. A lady employee was staring at us with as we played basketball, with an angry bothered look on her face. She made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. After 20 minutes we asked for our money back.
