What an awesome experience! I really didn't know what to expect from my visit, but I was seeking pain relief. ‍ I saw an ad on Facebook and booked an appointment. I'm so glad I did! It is about 30-35 min from my house, but coming midday wasn't bad. The parking however in Vintage Park is challenging, especially for accessible parking. I did finally find a spot across from Huemn. I was promptly greeted by Johnnie. He was patient and explained the numerous options available, and provided great recommendations that would be appropriate for me. I was able to experience a 30 min PEMF session (like a tens unit on steroids via a magnetic pulse). Let me tell you! The tension and pain in my neck and left hip were gone!!! I even went to sleep! I left my appointment without pain and with more energy. I'm very happy with the results. Huemn offers services through a membership with a 3 month commitment, also by non-membership packages, and also by single services pricing. Of course membership pricing is the best. There are a tremendous amount of folks who want to sell you homeopathic remedies for all sorts of ailments. Promises with zero data. Charging you for stuff you haven't been able to research but they have good sales people. Etc. So when I heard about "cryotherapy" and "red light therapy" I falsely assumed...more snake oil. I happen to work with someone who is a MD, knowledgeable, and someone I could trust to cut on me. He told me about this place, the benefits, and why it would behoove me to check it out. So I did. And I have zero regrets. Bill, the owner, is visible. All the time. Not an owner who is on the side but around. Says a lot about how much he likes the business and his character. He hires good, bubbly, nice folks who make you feel welcome. Staff is knowledgeable. They explain everything well. And now to the data. Everyone knows their stuff, the benefits of cryo, red infrared light, compression, etc is very well documented. So much so st. Jude's hospital uses infrared for their patients. I could digress and tell you why I love this place but I will save you the time and say go check it out. First time cryo is free. It's cold as hell. But short time discomfort for long term benefits. When I first walked in for my appointment there were 4 employees at the desk 2 girls & 2 gentlemen. It was an early appointment and no one acknowledged me... I was standing there for a few minutes while they were chatting and I felt like an inconvenience. Once I finally got someones attention, I was given a tablet to fill out for a facial however I was booked for the Cyro Slimming consult? I went back up to the desk and was trying to hand my tablet to the gentlemen who was looking at his phone laughing and just ignored me and left me standing there with the tablet. Lea came back to grab me for the consult and she was great. Kind and knoweldgeable and didn't pressure me into anything. I already felt so uneasy about my initial experience I just wanted to leave. I decided this wasn't for me. I initially placed a $50.00 deposit for my consult which I was told it was fully refundable. I have called twice for my refund in which the desk will take my name and number and and have someone call me back. I never get a call back. Still waiting on my refund. read more

I first tried Huemn in April for a pinched nerve in my shoulder, i was in unbearable pain after a long haul flight and had limited mobility. When i arrived at the clinic i was met by several employees who were all so compassionate and caring. They suggested several methods to ease the pain and make me comfortable. I came in with a pinched nerve (cervical radiculitis) in my upper back and needed inflammation relief badly. Clint helped me figure out what package would be conservative to start out with. Everyone of the staff I've encountered has been above and beyond with their service, and the full-body cryotherapy has made my recovery so much faster. A must for anyone with injuries, health problems or just looking for overall energy. Yes, it's cold! And totally worth it! You'll go to a changing room and you remove all clothing (men keep underwear on) and they provide gloves, socks and a robe. A few steps to the nitrogen cooled chamber and then 3 minutes later - you're done! Your head and neck stay out of the closed chamber the entire time. It's a dry cold, and the peak coldness hits about halfway thru, but by then you're almost done. I visited this place shortly after I completed my half marathon. It was the smartest recovery move I did for myself! The staffs are very attentive and informative at this establishment and the owner is very sincere. The price for the treatment is very reasonable. Just be prepare that the cryo chamber is very cold! We went for the grand opening. It was a lot of fun everyone working there is very knowledgable and excited about their new business. Freezing for three minutes is an experience! It's supposed to help with all kinds of auto immune diseases and help keep you looking young. They had these great massage bags after. I put the hip one on it was amazing!!! Then a girl on site giving massages. My lungs felt very clear after. My body as a whole felt like it was getting over an adrenaline rush when it was over. My insides shook.
