Today I tried the infrared sauna for the first time and was wowed by how pristine, spacious, tranquil and private the space was! I booked a 60 min session. Your private infrared sauna booth is within a private room itself, and because of the design, the booth is not claustrophobic at all! There's Bluetooth so you could listen to your own music/podcast and the temperature/timer settings are clear and easy to adjust. Towels and a floor mat are provided and a cold washcloth wrapped around a big ice cube is thoughtfully prepared for you on the bench in the room for your face. The room was small. This may be intentional for a more intimate experience. I brought an empty water bottle with me to fill up before class. But found out they do not have a water station. Then the staff member said they do have bottled water available. I declined because I assumed she meant purchasing bottled water. But after she said bottled water was complimentary when you sign up for a class. I wish she would have just led with that, if that's the case.
