I had a muscle tear in my lower back the day before I came in and cryotherapy was recommended to me by an NCO. I had never done this before and with having a spinal cord stimulator, I was a little hesitant but my doctor gave me the okay. So I came here and Larissa was very knowledgeable and explained the process as well. The prices are surprisingly reasonable. But let me tell you, after going for 6 out of 7 days...I can finally walk, bend and do normal every day activities without wincing in pain. Just rude and nasty for NO REASON AT ALL. I had bought 2 Groupon deals for a 1 hour session. I called them to schedule an appointment, and the guy Tristian was rude for no reason. Before I could explain that I bought 2 Groupon deals for 2 different people, he immediately told me that I can not do that and just super snappy. So I just politely hung up the damn phone before I lost it with him over the phone. I quickly requested a refund. I didn't know this place existed until I saw them on my Classpass app for wellness. They are located next door to the 24 hour fitness in the same strip as orange theory. The lot can get a bit busy but there are designated parking spots in front of the business. Larissa the owner is very nice and the equipment is all state of the art technology. I've come here a few times now for the Cryo facial and it's been great. It gets a bit cold but nothing you can't handle. Every time I leave my face feels tighter and supple. As a weightlifter for several years, I've always dreaded doing leg day, especially knowing the post-workout soreness (delayed onset muscle soreness) was due for a couple days after. I've tried nearly everything to speed up the recovery times after workouts, including ice baths, saunas, foam rolling techniques, and massages. All of these only worked with varying success. When a workout buddy of mine told me about cryotherapy, I was skeptical at first. For three minutes, your body is surrounded by nitrogen gas as low as -200 Fahrenheit. Well, I decided to take a leap of faith and took the plunge. I tried out Arctic Healing Cryo as it was close to the gyms I workout and at a convenient location. Well, guess what?! The following day, I hardly felt any muscle soreness at all! And the following week, my lifts were stronger and more powerful. I did another cryotherapy session two weeks later, and I felt the same results! Overall, the experience at Arctic Healing Cryo was pleasant and inviting. Larissa was very welcoming and explained the procedures with me at first. She was with me the whole time gave me valuable information on what to expect. The venue was clean and tidy. There was relaxing music with a hint of lemongrass in the air. The restroom was well-kept and spotless. There was reserved parking for customers, so there's no need to hunt for parking. In addition to cryotherapy, there's compression therapy for legs too. It works similar to a massage. Really liked arctic cryo. When doing cold therapy sessions they are pretty helpful, but the part I liked just as much or more was the leg compression session afterwords, for some reason that was even better. Gets the lactic acid out, just remember to bring some water or sports drink. Arctic cryo is awesome - try them out. read more

Really enjoyed my cryo and compression therapy sessions at Arctic Healing. Larissa took time to explain the process and benefits, and answer all my questions. I've visited four cryo therapy places and Arctic Healing has been the best. The Voss location is very convenient and has good hours. I tried them at their grand opening and returned when I had pain and soreness in my Achilles from running. A week of cryo and compression has me back on track for my half marathon training schedule. The best benefits from cryo has been reducing inflammation, greater mobility and a boost of energy. The cryo machine has varying degrees of cold for those that enjoy the cold. The compression therapy is so relaxing. It almost feels like a good massage. Seeing my results and the great experience I've had, I'm coming back as I continue training. read more

After my first time doing cryotherapy, I am now a firm believer. I limped in for my appointment Monday after taking a bad tumble on my bicycle the day before. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking into doing cryo therapy! The staff is very friendly, the studio is very clean, and the visits can be as long or as short as you want them to be. I have been using cryo for an inflammatory issue as well as to recover after my workouts ! I always have a great experience. They take appointments or walk ins. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Staff is very friendly.

Definitely recommend to try this experience, as you feel its impact almost instantaneously. The numbers of how low the temperature gets might scare you, but you shouldn't, it is very tolerable and an experience to be remembered. This is my second therapy session at this location, and at both times the staff was very courteous and spoke in details about what am I to expect.
