Love, love my doctor, in a patient/doctor way. He's like a bloodhound, he will stick with you until…read morehe finds what's going on. I started seeing him after I moved here from Florida. For about 14 years I was getting high fevers, my lower legs turning red and hurting, excruciating pain that would take me down for up to 2 weeks. This was happening sometimes twice a month. I had been to numerous doctors, went through dozens of tests. All for nothing. I was told it was all in my head, never could figure out how I could make myself get 105 degree fevers. Anyway, my dear neighbor suggested I go to Dr. Beatty. I was skeptical because I had already been through a lot but I went anyway. Dr. Beatty sat and listened to all my complaints. Gave me a good work up. Than he sent me to one of the best rheumatologist around, Dr. Legrone. He listened to me and read all my past history. You could all of a sudden see a light bulb go off. He jumps up and goes to get one of his medical journals. Right there in black and white was answers to my condition, Familia Mediterranean Fever. A rare disease. Ran tests and sure enough I had it. FINALLY A DIAGNOSIS! I was so happy. People would ask why I was happy being diagnosed with that. I told them I wasn't happy about that but happy about having a diagnosis, I wasn't crazy, I didn't make myself get fevers. I know this is long but I just want everyone to know Dr. Beatty is the best. If he can't figure it out he'll send you to someone that can. Forgot to mention I also have Crohn's disease and thought for a long time it was that causing fevers. Also have fibromyalgia.Thank God I listened to my neighbor. So don't waste another visit with someone else. Dr. Beatty is the best!

Let me begin by stating that I'm now 59 y/o. My point is, I've seen a LOT of doctors in my time…read more Dr. Anitha Dhar rocks! She is a genuinely caring, warm & loving physician. I was fortunate enough to hear of her through a friend of mine who raved about her and I thought I'd give it a try since I was new to Smyrna. Dr. Dhar has a beautiful smile on her face when she walks into the exam room and never fails to have the most excellent bedside manner I've ever experienced. She's always been willing to listen to my thoughts on her suggested treatments/ medications and consider them. I mean, when is it ever a pleasure to go and see a doctor? She and her staff are the exception. They say it always starts at the top and I have to agree. Her staff is right in line with her example. Always incredible friendly, helpful & smiling. You'll find it's rare to wait more than 15 minutes to be called back when you have an appointment and it's always been relatively easy for me to get in to see her quickly. I know her husband has joined the practice as it's grown but I haven't had the pleasure of meeting him yet. Very attractive and clean offices located near Stonecrest Hospital. **Update After treating me for COPD for 6-7 years, and never having performed any breathing tests on me, I found out thru other testing by another dr, that I do not have COPD. I found a new doctor.

Dr dhar never ordered an mri and always neglected to call her back. After my mother spent 8 weeks bed ridden (dr dhar was aware of this) my father rushed her to the hospital to find out she was stage 4, shes no longer here. Had Dr Dhar spent a little time being more thorough and professional my mother may still be here. I highly recommend you do NOT take a minute of your life to see her because she will not make the time for you.

The price is very reasonable compared to other offices in the Nashville area, which immediately put me at ease. 2. Dr. Steve Samudrala is incredibly kind and professional. He treated me like a regular patient, not "just an immigrant going through paperwork." He genuinely cared about my well‑being and even took time to give me thoughtful advice about some health conditions I have. That meant a lot to me. 3. The immigration team is absolutely amazing. Morgan scheduled my appointment over the phone and was so nice and patient -- she made me feel much better about what can be a very intimidating process. Amber is such a wonderful woman. She turned what could have been a boring and stressful immigration medical procedure into a great experience. On the day of my exam, I actually made two mistakes on my paperwork (completely my fault -- I misspelled my name first, then added an extra number to my passport number ). I can laugh about it now, but at the time I was overwhelmed with work, life, and immigration stress. Amber and another newer team member helped me redo my paperwork twice without any frustration, only kindness and support. They truly saved my day and made everything so pleasant. My USCIS application has now been submitted for about a month, and I'm very grateful I chose this office. Thank you to Dr. Samudrala, Amber, Morgan, and the entire team for making such an important step in my immigration journey a positive and supportive experience. I truly appreciate you all.

I stopped a couple of years back, but my wife just now had enough of the shenanigans and incompetence to say enough is enough. There is no such thing as continuity at this practice. Keeping accurate records and billing are apparently not a priority here. One of the most annoying things is that when it comes to maintenance medications for say, cholesterol or blood pressure, most providers will be happy to write you a 90 day prescription and have you come in maybe every 3 to 6 months to check your labs. This practice will write you a 30 day script, and then force you to come back in a month to pay another copay just to sit and watch the doctor write out new scripts. Calling and leaving messages or getting any info over the phone is an absolute nightmare. You are lucky if you talk to the same person each month and the practice is like a revolving door, staff-wise. If you value your health, your patience and your wallet, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I called their office at least 10 times over the course of two months. Every time they came up with a new excuse... one time they said the person in charge is off this week... one time they gave me another number to call that was a deadend.... One time they told me to settle it with my insurance company (I called and was told that the they need to hear it from my doctor), etc. Finally I asked to talk to the doctor directly... and after waiting on the line for 90 minutes, she picked up the phone and started literally shouting at me, and said she just is not going to do it, because she doesn't want to. Long story short, two months and hours of phone calls later, I ended up paying $300 that I shouldn't have billed for. ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS CALL THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND TELL THEM TO CHANGE THE ONE THING ON THE CLAIM REPORT! This place is a joke.
