He was moved quickly to the triage area and then placed in a private area in the ER. All types of monitors were attached and several different medical personnel came in asking questions. Lots of tests were ordered and the ER doctor stepped in to tell us what they were doing and what types of tests were being ordered and why. I expected to be in the ER for 4-5 hours...we checked in around 11am and I left around 6:30p. Although we were there basically all day, lots of tests were run and the decision made to transfer him to Forsyth where they were better equipped to handle his care. Each test result was clearly explained. Every person we dealt with was courteous, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. When their expertise was maxed out they used wisdom over pride to make the best decision for him. I have no complaints or concerns about the experience we had at Northern ER. It's worth noting that they have an amazing coffee shop next to the lobby.

I was very tired and cold and so I momentarily put my head down. The second day I came in and asked about the 500 procedures I had to sign off on which they later said I was refusing to do and being argumentative about it. That was twisted by the HR vice. She also said I was sleeping on the first day of orientation, which was twisted to make me look like the bad guy. She wouldn't even give me a chance to talk on the phone and in person when I made an appointment to speak my case in person. So I finished signing off on 500 procedures on 9/9/2025 and saw the email to call hr vice president on 9/10/2025. She didn't even give me a chance to answer. She handed me a letter that I violated their policy, they never even said something during the orientation to ask what's going on, etc.... I accepted my responsibility that I shouldn't have put my head down, but I already had a strong feeling that because my name didn't match my complexion, that they would find any excuse to terminate employment. After all what she said was "if you were 19, it would be excused, but you're 51." In addition to what she said I was told about some pictures in my old Facebook profile that she mentioned about before I left. She said it would be another big problem. I was trying to contact Facebook that it was hacked and I couldn't remember the password from three years ago. The vice president wouldn't give me any chances to explain anything. Maybe after reading the reviews after I finished this post, I should've investigated the reviews.

Stopped in for the first time this week. There were several folks ahead of us so we expected a…read morewait. I was very pleased that the wait was only about 25 minutes. Once I got into a room, a nurse came quickly and took information. This is where I expected to wait another half hour or longer but a PA came after a few minutes. He was very kind and thorough with his questions and information he shared. He patiently answered all my questions and called in a Rx for me. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the counter staff made minimal effort to be helpful...or pleasant. In any event, I recommend due to the PA on staff at this location. Hours are M-F 8a-7p; Saturday 8-1 and Sunday from 11-5.

I was seen the week before Christmas, at the Jonesville Urgent Care, with all the classic flu…read moresymptoms, but because I tested negative, they refused to do anything, wouldn't even write me a prescription for Tamiflu, the nurse practitioner said because supplies were low, fast forward three days, I'm much worse, so I went to Dobson they put me in with Dr. Mayes, Very nice very thorough, and very knowledgeable, he diagnosed me with pneumonia, and got me the meds I needed to get me back on the road to recovery, I highly recommend this facility

Had an 11:40 appt. with Angela Bowman,got stuck in trafficand according to Amy G at the reception…read moredesk I was "a FEW minutes late"and she would have to check with Angela Bowman.She kept me waiting at the desk for a good 5 minutes,came back and said she would have to re-schedule me.I reminded her the last time I was there I waited for well over an hour to be seen.I am not doctor happy and never go unless I really have a problem,and had fasted from the evening before so I could get proper bloodwork.Needless to say I walked away madder than hell and sure as HELL didn't re-schedule.Don't recommend them unless you have plenty of time to waste and are fond of a "doctor" who thinks more of her CLOCK than she does her hipogratic oath and her patients!!!
