As someone who is extremely claustrophobic, it's important to me that no one place a mask on my face. When the time came for my anesthesia, they let me hold the oxygen line until I was asleep, then they placed the mask on me. When I woke up, they had already removed it. This was so considerate of them!! This week, it was time for my colonoscopy. I chose Digestive Health again. They did not disappoint. So kind and caring. The instructions for prep that they gave me were comprehensive and easy to understand. They walked me through the entire procedure. Letting me know ahead of time what I could expect. From the front desk, to the nurse, the anesthesiologist and the doctor, everyone was awesome!! After I was in recovery, the doctor took time to check on me...before she went to prepare my discharge papers. Excellent team!! I know talking about endoscopies and colonoscopies isn't normal, but if you need either service, I would recommend this practice.

Called the office as soon as I could and they took all my information and details of the events. The nurse would call back with an appointment that afternoon. 32 hours later (the next day at 4pm) the nurse calls with many questions about what is going on then asks to put me on hold so she can read my records. The result was "I will talk to the Dr to decide next steps" and no appointment as requested and no resolution and we are heading towards 48 hours since my request.

Never asked my name, not one question about symptoms or medical history. There are much better options for gastro care than this very unhappy group. I would never recommend this medical group to anyone. I use other specialists within Eagle and have nothing but good things to say about them, the GI group is an exception to the usually excellent care I've received.

Since he was behind me, I couldn't see his face and can't be sure it was him. In addition, after the procedure, he said that taking pictures is not his practice. So I cannot be sure the procedure was performed. If not for being covered by Medicare, I would have been forced to have the colonoscopy in his back office clinic rather than Wautaga Medical Center. I'm not at all comfortable with his practices which are subpar compared with others at the very least.
