Kimberly was always very helpful and always very cheerful on the phone no matter how difficult the situation became. After two weeks of trying to get the insurance approved for my wife I was told by Anthem that the application was being denied. Kimberly knew how much it meant to me to get the insurance approved because of my wife's declining health. Once I finally spoke to someone and asked whether the offer was legitimate and if they would honor it--since the letter contained all the information about my house--the agent simply replied, "I am going to disconnect the call." I was both shocked and dismayed by the lack of professionalism I experienced. It was a waste of time.

My experience with the Paul Forbes Insurance Agency has been a very confusing, difficult, &…read moreupsetting one. They mailed me a letter. I called for a quote. Each time I spoke with the same Allstate producer, I was given a different price quote. I agreed on a policy & price; gave him my credit card #, & he charged my credit card with a higher amount, an overcharge of $54.64, so I called him. To fix his error, he wrote me another policy with a lower price. Now, I am owed a credit of $92.88. So, at this point in my Allstate account, I had 2 policies for different amounts; this continued for several days & over the weekend. I was referred to another producer with this agency. She could not help me & referred me back to the first Allstate producer. In the meantime, I received several emails from someone in this agency's home office, telling me to sign my policy, which I could not do because there were 2 Home policies with different policy #'s & prices in my account. Each day I checked my Allstate account to see if the problem had been fixed. Now, there is one policy in my account with a different price, $12 more than 2 of 3 policies that were in my account. After reading the new policy, I saw that the original producer had removed water backup & building replacement costs extended limits from my 1st, original, policy. So, now I have a finalized Home policy at a lower price, minus 2 important coverages I wanted included in my policy; & now I have an overcharge of $81.07 that has not been credited back to me to date. In the meantime, I have received about 20 emails from this Allstate Agency in 6 days. Allstate may be a great insurance company but this affiliate company has employee, policy-writing, & firm price-communicating & finalizing-policy-skill problems.
