Been seeing Dr. Hughes for about 10 years. He's been great, always friendly, concerned with what's going on, talks with you about your issues and treats you accordingly. Whether it's "just" an adjustment or if you require heat, electrodes, he's got you covered. He's training the next generation as well Dr. Hughes jr is great as well. Office staff is always great, polite, easy to deal with and tries to accommodate as best the dr's schedules allow. Offer massage therapy as well and she did a great job. Knows sports injuries, work injuries, fireman for 31 years he took great care of my back even if the job didn't. read more

Dr. Hughes is amazing! I was experiencing several strange pains in my hip and pelvic area that no one could pinpoint. When I went to my family doctor, she couldn't figure it out and sent me to a urologist. For further examinations. Of course, he then said he couldn't figure it out either. I went to Dr. Hughes and he said, "I bet I know what it is...it probably doesn't hurt when I press right here on your back...but, if I press right here..." He was spot on. I had a pinched nerve and tightness in my hip joint that was showing as that pain in the front. I had been living with it for months, and he had me better quickly. Shoulder pain started, same situation. Family doctor, specialists, they all wanted to run a million tests for $$$. In the end, I was told to go through PT and it took weeks to regain mobility for tendinitis. It ultimately came back, so I went to Dr. Hughes and he had mobility back in my arm in a week. LOVE going to see the staff & Dr. Hughes. It's in a plaza that is older (still nice) but the inside is clean & bright. Bigger now after the expansion. It's a big family there. Been going to Hughes Chiropractic for 20 plus years. Dr. Hughes, his son and the entire staff are all wonderful. It's a family friendly environment. Not once, in all those years have I left the office without feeling better than when I went in. Oh, and one more thought, the fee, for treatment, has to be the lowest around. I have had numerous injuries over the years from sports to car crashes. One night I was complaining about my neck and back to my wife. She said all the girls from the office go to a Chiropractor nearby. I'm 6'3 and heavier than I care to admit anymore, and the girls in the office are 5 feet nothing and maybe 120 pounds. I am a busy mom and medical professional. I have seen a lot Chiropractors and Dr. Hughes is one of the great ones. I was so happy to find out they take my insurance, most good chiropractors do not. I was able to fill out all my forms online. That saved a lot of time. His support staff are very friendly and kind. It is a very clean office. He did a great screening neuro and orthopedic exam just like an Orthopedic doctor. I was happy he did not want to do X-rays. I knew I didn't need them, but some Chiropractors insist. I had a good treatment. I feel better already. I will see him again in a week. He did not try to sell me anything or push me into coming all the time. At 30 weeks pregnant, I pulled something in my lower back lifting my toddler. I was in so much pain, I couldn't walk and was desperate for any help I could get. I went to multiple chiropractors before finding Dr. Hughes and none of them were able to help me. When I first spoke to Janice, she was so welcoming and confident the Dr. would be able to help. My first visit went great and lasted about 45 minutes, Dr. Hughes listened to my story and then checked my back prior to doing any adjustments. He was able to pinpoint exactly what the issue was and do the adjustment accordingly. I was already feeling better after the first visit but came back twice a week for 2 weeks before dropping down to once a week (for regular prenatal care - now I am in and out within 5 minutes!). I can not recommend this place enough as many doctors I spoke to told me the pain would last until my baby was born! Shoutout to Dr. Hughes! I'm training for my 5th marathon and have never experienced a sharp pain in my knee until this one. I was not able to run at all because it was so bad. Anyways, I tried out 'Back to Heathcare Chiropractic' due to so many positive reviews and they told me that I had a pinched nerve in my back. My treatment was to come in 4x a week (at $80 a visit) to receive 3 quick cracks and therapy. I was frustrated to the point of tears because I knew Dr. Brad wasn't listening to me and his treatment plan was really wrong. He told me and I quote, "I've had a lot of patients and they all feel better over time." . Anyways so after 2 visits, I knew I had to stop going there. By my luck I tried Dr. Hughes and within 5 mins of discussing my problems, he knew what was wrong! I had runners knee and the way to fix it was a simple exercise that I could do at home! I waited to write my review to see if the exercise actually would work because I was so skeptical, but I am literally at the gym after two weeks of not running and was able to run pain free!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! The best $15 I've ever spent (he's covered by my insurance Kaiser). Lesson of the day: go see Dr. Hughes because he actually knows what he is talking about and knows sports therapy!! I owe you Dr. Hughes! read more

At first, I went to a different chiro, who wasn't bad but was too far. My friend recommended Hughes to me, and since it was 2 min from my home I decided to give him a try! Let me tell you...I am SO thankful I did. I came here for lower back pain and after just ONE visit, my lower back was 80% better. After 2 it was 98% better. I had this pain for about 3 weeks and it wasn't improving at all - even after the first visit at the other chiro. Dr. Hughes is also always in a great, cheery mood and he is a pleasure to be around. I have only gone once -- because I only had to go once! The office staff was great. Dr. Hughes really took time to sit down with me, find out what was going on, explain the treatment to me and in doing that calmed my anxiety about seeing a chiropractor. Needless to say, the experience was wonderful and I only had to see him once because after that adjustment, I didn't need to see him again. It's been over a year and I'm still feeling like I'm in tip top shape. I had been to the podiatrist and he recommended new orthotics, though 7 months later I was still having the same issue. This pace is as good as it gets. I was referred to Dr. Hughes by a friend a few years back and ever since then I've referred many of my friends here also. They are super prompt from the get go and always seem to make room for you. The receptionist is super friendly and the place is very simple yet clean. When you get there don't be surprised to wait a bit but if you're in pain it's well worth it. Dr Hughes has bailed me out a few times now from complete pain to complete 180 walking out of there.
