Conveniently located in the next building from a 24 hour fitness, Dr. Leo begins with an initial x ray. 3 months later I saw my post x ray and saw my body improved. Furthermore, my back is more loose than before. I started coming for three times a week for about 15-30 minutes a day average. Then three times a day was reduced to two times a week.
