Right from the get go you are talking to an actual person who helps set you up with an appointment (as opposed to the other guys where you're often leaving a VM and praying you get a call back). Then the team will call and go over some of the details and make sure everyone is aligned on what needs to get done. When they come out to do the job, it is top notch. They got everything installed very professionally with no mess. Good design sense - they selected a nice little 3 way switch to separately control the above and below cabinet lights without having to install a completely different box and take up more wall space - great idea, and gives us more flexibility with lighting! They even helped troubleshoot a dimmer switch in the living room that was giving me problems. Everyone I have worked with has been great. Definitely recommend them, and will be scheduling some additional jobs in the future.
