When rat activity returned just a month and a half later, the company refused to honor their warranty in any meaningful way. They came out, checked only the exact spots they originally sealed, and then told me that since those particular spots were still intact, the warranty didn't cover anything else. Essentially, they're using the warranty as a way to avoid responsibility for any missed entry points. If they missed sealing three out of eight possible entry locations, for example, they won't return to fix those misses without charging extra. Their "solution" is to just charge more for additional trapping, which isn't a real fix if the entry points remain open. In short, the one-year warranty feels like a complete scam. They're not standing behind their work, and I'm left dealing with the same problem I paid them to solve. I'd strongly advise others to be cautious before using this service
