The final straw was the last scheduled service with the tech Wayne. This guy had a total attitude and didn't want to do any work. I told him he needed to spray inside and says to me are you having a problem. Well I wouldn't be asking you to perform this task if we weren't. All he did was take an aerosol can and spray the kitchen. Nothing done in the bathrooms sliding doors or front door. Complained he works the Siesta Keys area but had to travel to Englewood where we live. I asked him if he knew this another tech and tells me I don't want to know him. I had to ask him 3 times to take care of the spider webs on the pool cage. This guy was like Mr Do Nothing. Finally had enough and got rid of this Company. The absolute worst Company I dealt with. Went with one of there competitors for $300 less per year. What a bunch of rip off artists. Stay away and clear from this loser company.

I had to search through the company to find out that corporate had decided 3 days prior to my appointment to not to do their own tenting anymore, but no one thought to contact me! I further discovered that the replacement company now had me scheduled for 8 weeks away!!!! This is the kind of complete lack of concern Turner Pest Control had for this customer!
