Bob was responsive and I did have to take the boat back to Greenville one time. One year later, I find the title was incorrect and TWPD indicated to me that the dealer made the mistake and put the model number of the motor on the title instead of the serial number. I called Barbara to discuss the fact that my receipt from her only had TBD on the serial number blank of the document. Barbara was extremely rude and would not listen to my issue. She stated that the TWPD was the problem and not her. I hung up on her because she would not admit she was the problem. I would be careful with dealing with this place again.l I was too hasty in giving them a good review. Just look at the place and make your own determination prior to dealing with them.
