Verizon is THE BIGGEST SCAM. First of all, I've been in contact with Verizon and Assurion (their…read moreinsurance company) in regards to the insured phone that was stolen from me, for weeks. I have been hung up on several times, passed back and forth from rep to rep, to managers, from Verizon to Assurion back to Verizon several times. And NO ONE WANTS TO HELP. They are dragging this claim out as long as they can while I'm still being charged for a line that I don't have and they are very aware of the data usage on this phone and the fact that it was stolen. But I'm still paying for it as if nothing happened? They keep saying my claim is being reviewed, the first time 24 hours. Now three days later, they're telling me to wait another 7 to 10 business days. Wtf Verizon and Assurion? While I still have to be charged for a line I don't have access to using, they're taking their sweet time. But don't worry, they got their money for the deductible first and then decided to put the claim into review. They should not promise a new phone and make you pay a deductible if they aren't going to send you the phone. Now I'm stuck on a 3 year contract with a business that could care less about their customers. And my internet keeps dropping while I work, they were supposed to take half off my bill but they didn't. $285 for maybe a month and a half with only the ability to use 1 of the 2 lines I have. But they don't want me to cancel the line I can't use. I ain't paying for that. Do not use Verizon. Their service is trash.

I spent over five hours at this location the day before we were set to leave on a two week family…read morevacation, and it was one of the worst, most dishonest experiences I have ever had with sales and customer service. I was misquoted at multiple points during the experience (for actual hours of time, only to have to start completely over when it was identified by a manager passing by) and even had things added to my account that I stated I didn't want or need and never agreed to -- the sales person upgraded my plan as I was purchasing a new phone, and despite me saying I didn't need to upgrade my plan, I later found that my plan had been upgraded anyway. When I noticed the plan upgrade on my app, as I was waiting for the other device activities for our account to take place, he insisted he'd discussed premium data, and I'd said yes. What I'd actually done was explicitly state I didn't need a plan upgrade or the additional features, but I'd nodded my head and said okay in understanding when he'd discussed it. When I directly asked if he'd change my plan on his end, he became smug and told me that I'd agreed to it, at which point I told him that simply because I signed for the purchase of the device didn't mean I'd agreed to an upgrade. Otherwise, why would it be a shock to see on my account less than 5 minutes later? The manager came and sent the rep to the back after our discussion became noticeable to others, and as I watched other customers being assisted, I realized that he'd failed to show me the final screen that would have explicitly stated the changes that were being made to my account, and I simply thought I was signing for the payment of taxes on the new device because he'd taken my card to pay for that at the same time. There were so many other issues that occurred throughout our time there (again, this turned into 5 HOURS in the store!) as we worked to accomplish very basic tasks for mobile phone carriers (transferring lines and purchasing new devices), to the point that I was still communicating with their manager the next day. I asked the manager no less than twice for the contact information of their regional manager or their next level of leadership beyond the store and never received that information either. Steer clear of this store. I am still working to undo some of the things that occurred that day, well over a month later.

I have been a customer of KC Net for many years and love the service that they give to you whenever…read moreyou have a problem.. They take the time and walk you right through it. Sometimes, I thought James might be oh no, it's Linda Stapleton again because I was calling every week at one point, but he was very nice and stayed on the phone with me until my problem was solved. He was very helpful and never complained. I never met James or John or any of the others but I must say, they are the best when it comes to customer service. You just don't find super great guy's like this anywhere. So I hope the merge is for the best because I will continue to send my clients to them. You guy's are a hard act to follow. Thank you guys and best of luck with your future. Linda R. Stapleton

KCNet has a lot of problems with their internet service e-mail now. I've been with them for well…read moreover 5 years, maybe even 10. Eversince they becamne TurnKey they have had tons of issues where I cannot send e-mail to business people I have dealt with for years. Also have been unable to receive e-mail from same. The issues always seem to get resolved after several weeks but they return a short time later. In the last 4-5 months I have had 3 major episodes of blocked e-mails. It is getting to the point that I need to look elsewhere for an ISP because they say the problem is that somewhere in their client base there are multiple computers spamming and that because of the spamming, their servers are being blocked. While I hear their problems and sympathize with their plight, I still need to conduct business. I am strongly considering jumping ship today. Coincidentally, their problems seemed to start when Google came to town. Google is too nosy now for privacy concerns so I hope KCNet's problems are not related to dirty tricks by Google.
