Not only is the connection poor but the customer service, bar none, the worst I can ever recall. We signed up based on specific promises when we found, after the fact, that the Kerrigan was discontinued....a few months ago. Because we complained, they will honor but how often do people accept their reasoning. Then the insurance program...they flat out lied about it and then when I called the store, one guy, Adam, said he can share how he gets around these requirements. Took it to 2 Apple iPhone specialist, they couldn't fix it. Took it to a couple other AT&T stores they had no idea. Artie became as intrigue as I with why the phone was doing what it was doing and he never gave up. He dove so deep into the settings he fixed the unfixable new (6 month old) iPhone 8+!! All his fellow workers agreed he is amazing and a gold star employee!!
