I tried calling : a voice of a young male answered the phone quickly mumbling something I couldn't understand. I asked him to clarify the company name which he refused to tell me by asking me, "What are you looking for"? I told him plumbing but he still refused to clarify the name of the company. If I ever have another plumbing issue, I know that I'm calling Brandon...I recently had a suspected leak at my house and started searching for someone late in the evening. Hughes popped up on Yelp and after reading several reviews, I reached out. I was able to easily self book an appointment online and some to Brandon on the phone first thing in the morning. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to me, all before ever coming out. He indicated a third party would need to get involved for my particular issue, and provided a local recommendation and contact info. Brandon even offered to come out at the same time as the third party to stay on the same page. Ultimately, I ended up not moving forward with Hughes for reasons that had nothing to do with Brandon.
