From Andy in service to Heather in the office Dan in service and "Gordo" in trucking. Ryan has this location running like a well oiled machine! Every time I deal with Ryan and his team I feel like family. Lano love is what they call it. I retired early from where I worked because of lack of leadership and lazy co-workers. I can tell you that's not the case in the Anoka Lano's. They're friendly, professional and know the products they sell. I hope none of the team ever decide to leave. Met Isaac, he talked through all my needs and helped me figure out what would best fit my needs. And he let me know that if I waited a couple days there would be a Toro Days sale, that would save me another $150. Everyone there was friendly, genuine and helpful. Just picked up the zero turn mower with the steering wheel, instead of the 2 levers. Works very well.

Dropped off the rim to have the new tire put on and it was back to me within 48 hours. Here is where the 5 star service comes in, the gentleman that helped me check out was incredibly kind and helpful, he answered all my questions about this, that, and the other thing. I got home and quickly put the tire on. It immediately went flat... called to ask what could have happened, they said bring it back in and they would fix it right there. I get the tire off and it was 100% my fault. I put the tire on backwards (like an idiot) and the valve ripped off. Again, this was completely my fault, they did the tire perfectly, I just wasn't paying attention and in a hurry to get the gator back in commission. I brought it in, tail tucked, and explained my mental shortcomings. The same gentleman that checked me out took it back and fixed it for me right there. 10/10 customer service 10/10 staff 10/10 work. If you have any service needs, I cannot recommend the service department at century enough.

I tried ace hardware with no success and then took the unit over to Century Power equipment to see if they could help. The service manager got the spark plug out and the parts dept found the one I needed and service installed it right away. I had never been to Century before and was really pleased with what they were able to do for me right away. However, in the last week, our son took one of the mowers that we had purchased there in to get analyzed for blades not engaging. Service slip stated to check out and to call before doing any work. There was a throttle cable replaced without authorization and then stated maybe the carburetor needed to be replaced. Son had already put on a new carburetor. Asked if the original problem had been checked out - No, blades still didn't engage. The mower was returned with the new throttle cable removed, a new hole in the deck for some reason and a swing arm on the mower broken. And - no answer to mower problem. We will no longer be doing any business at Boyd's.

Was very aloof about the fact we would have to buy one. "It's very busy". And as soon as she saw me starting to make a yelp review she blamed the reservation on corporate. Do not rent a U-Haul from here. UPDATE-the cart we bought just happened to be waiting for us as we left the building. And, miraculously she came outside as we were getting into the UHaul to give us a dolly. "My coworker forgot to put this in the system". I will be calling UHaul corporate

We scheduled a 6x 12 enclosed trailer that had been in an inconvenient location for any truck to pull up and hitch the trailer. I had asked if they can switch to a different trailer and from one of there employees who I believe name was Dan or Nick in his early 30s, with a small beard had said a hard no with an attitude. The manager or owner I believe had then came and asked what was the issue and I had explained and he seen that I couldn't any further for by reversing back by trying not to hit one of their tanks that weren't able to be moved by a dolly, and there dolly's in the front of the way, had also said a hard no and made us late to our destination eventually.
