I was told I needed new rear brakes, so I planned to replace them myself on Saturday, 12/29/25. When I went to start the job, my security socket was nowhere to be found. So much for my Saturday project. The shop was closed for the weekend, so I couldn't resolve it. I met with the owner, Dan, on Monday. He ordered a new set of security lugs in hopes that the key would work. It did not. The tech had misplaced my original key during the brake inspection. Needless to say, it was a major inconvenience--and I didn't receive so much as an apology from the owner. This was my experience as a first-time customer. A $50-off coupon will not bring back my business.

I have gone several times to get an oil change this month to be turned away because they are too busy and can't get it done before they close. So I ask when would be a better time. I pressed and asked why appointments can't be made and was told it's because the owners don't feel it's necessary. Um clearly the owners are clueless because the customers want it and when customers are being turned away it's clear you need appointments. We drove a total of 180 miles for the appointment to see the vehicle with a salesperson who was not there. They really didn't seem to care.
