The cashier was very cavalier and not very caring that I disagreed or even offered to get manager now come on you drop $100 or hold VIP card I'm sorry but that is really not good and it being on Mother's Day weekend!! Hulen Mall has undergone some (many) changes in the last couple years. If I were to write this review two-plus years ago, it probably would get a three. I get the sense that Fort Worth-ians (is that the correct term) have long viewed Hulen Mall in terms of best-mall-in-the-city-but-that's-not-saying-much. But that said, it's really improved considerably during my time living in this awesome city. The mall and its tenants really went all-in and all-out to improve the place. The Hulen Movie Tavern underwent a huge facelift and is now really quite spiffy. The mall made the road entrances more appealing and definitive (with nice signage and what not). They added a few restaurants/eateries on the property including an In-N-Out and Red Robin. Even the inside of the place is very bright and lets in a lot of natural light; nice. The only drag is that it can get quite congested getting in, out, and around Hulen Mall (especially during end of work and during the weekends) because of the busy street it's on and its location right by the freeway. In any case, a tip of the hat for Hulen Mall for the renovations! read more

You know Hulen Mall...it is what is is. It is better than Ridgemar, but of course, there are better malls out there. I like going to stores like Forever 21, Hot Topic & Vans, but as always there are so many teeny boppers roaming the mall, that makes me not want to come anyhow. Nonetheless, Hulen Mall is a great mall to find the stores that you love and some stores that you never even knew about. read more

Extremely better than Ridgmar Mall, the Sears employees we're also friendlier as well, found many items that I could not find at The Parks at Arlington. Moderately crowded, but deal with it, bathrooms were also cleaner than Ridgmar Mall, also the Macy's clerks we're very helpful to find a suit and pants for me at the last minute. Nothing really new at Dillard's, the food court is acceptable in my standards, the seating is NICE. If I ever get a chance to come back to my Grandma's house in mid-western Fort Worth, I definitely stop by this place. Parking here is just so easy. read more

HUlen Mall is one of the most popular in the area to shop. They also have a membership club where you receive extra discounts at the stores and free stuff on your birthday if you sign up. The special events are always nice to attend. I enjoy sitting in the food court area, it's always so clean and peaceful. read more

I like Hulen Mall given its location and its versatility. When I feel like browsing, this is my go to mall. There are a lot of chain stores and a few other boutiques. I feel like this mall is definitely for families and teenagers so if you aren't or dont have any of the above, I wouldn't come for a new wardrobe. On top of shopping, the food court inside and the restaurants on the outside make shopping and browsing pleasant. Also attached is a movie theater. I've never had an issue with parking. Overall, always a pleasant experience. They are renovating and adding in a few more stores so that's something to look forward to :) read more

The Hulen Mall is been around for quite some time now and if you're in Fort Worth this place is a "must visit" if you are in need of doing some shopping it has everything you may need from food, retail stores, department stores etc. lately the mall was renovated again and added some restaurants in the parking space area. The new playground is for toddlers but there are older kids who run around in their shoes and kick little ones down. I saw one kid knock a toddler down and tripped over him . After multiple complaints from several parents security done nothing. Don't go there if you have small children. read more

Great mall, but there are way too many vendors downstairs! They harass you and chase you to try to get you to talk to them. Ridiculous! So bad that I will go upstairs, walk down, go back downstairs to get to wherever I'm trying to go to avoid them. read more

I like this mall. It takes me back to the good old days of MetroCenter in Phoenix, when the mall was hopping, people were smiling and holidays were met with great decorations and cheer! Just big enough to house all the brands and store selections you could want, but small enough where it is not only easy to get around, but doesn't take a 1/2 a day to get in and out. read more

Hulen Mall is a great mall, with many stores that Ridgmar Mall doesn't have. They have Fort Worth's only Forever 21, M.A.C, and Teavana, plus some cool cafes in the food court. My personal favorite is their Macy's. I was shocked to see "Backstage" in Macy's, because it's an outlet in a non outlet Macy's! The area is safe, and the area is big! When I was heading down from Ridgmar, I was shocked to find myself in luxury neighborhoods! And whenever I got to the mall I was shocked to see all the outdoor shopping! Pretty great mall! Especially since they have been renovating. This mall has come a long way for sure. It has a wide selection of stores and it's usually pretty busy here. Diamond galaxy. This place sold me a solid gold 10k, 250 necklace. It broke the 3rd day. I was out of town and had to get it repaired myself for $30. Customer service was terrible and said management wouldn't be in until 6pm. I call back in 2 minutes and management talks to me. This place takes your money and sells you broken items. Do not go, they do not take exchange. They sell necklaces that break so that you can pay more and buy an upgrade read more

Hulen Jewelers- Hulen Mall Thank you Andy and Mary for your honest and integrity, I appreciate your excellent customer service. I left my debit card yesterday when I went to pay on my layaway. I called the owners and they told me they had my card and I could pick it up whenever I had a chance. Mary assured me everything was ok and not to worry. I Love this time of the year at Hulen Mall. Its the only time Hickory Farms Kiosk is Open. Its our entire familes holiday tradition. We get a angel off the angel tree. We go visit Santa and we go to Hickory Farm's and stock up on cheese and sausage for the season. read more

This place is so depressing. I guess it's the best Fort Worth could do. Out of Ridgmar and Hulen Malls, Hulen is the better one but it's not all that great. They do have the basic stores, but such a small selection. There's a Sears anchor store and that pretty much means this mall is automatically lame. I lived down the street from here and never shopped here. For better shopping go to North East Mall or just make that trip to Dallas. read more

I've been going to this mall since the early 80's. It has gone thru a lot of changes, but has always remained successful. I am happy to still see brick and mortar stores thriving. Food court selection is good, nice clean and safe mall with lots o stores. read more

Not a big fan of this location, its kinda busted. Just like it's playground, which is straight up nasty. I'm not sure if they ever regularly clean it like at Ridgmar. I try to run past it when I'm with my kids and pray they don't notice. But I usually lose. So we're never in the playground area for more than 15 minutes tops and shoes are a MUST. The only places I like are F21, Victoria's, Express, Disney store and Crazy 8. Oh and the candy store since they've got a military discount. Disappointed to find out they closed their Body Shop there. read more

Oh it's fine for what it is. I prefer the Dillard's here over the Ridgmar location, but the other department stores are lacking. There is a free standing MAC, but I have to stay loyal to my girls at the Dillard's counter. The Victoria's Secret is huge and there's a Disney store. I try to stay far away from here on the weekends. I much prefer to drive to North East mall or Irving for a better layout, selection, etc. read more

Mall is definitely not what it used to be but I come here because this is where my husband and I first met so it holds sentimental value to me. The employees in Gamestop are amazing they know us by name and know what products we are looking for. The other stores are good with their customer service as well, I just hardly make it past Gamestop lol. read more

Please, if anyone from Hulen Mall is reading the reviews, do something about the extremely aggressive salespeople at the kiosks (downstairs near Tilly's). I was walking with my daughters - HAVING A CONVERSATION- and they came up to us, got in our faces, and tried to get us to come over there to see what they are selling. We said "no thank you" very politely and continued walking. They told us we were rude, got in our way and tried to stop us. There are several of them in that area, including the ones in the store that used to be Coach, that are aggressive, rude and absolutely cross the line into harassment. If we want their products we will stop there, otherwise leave us alone! This made an otherwise enjoyable shopping outing very disappointing and frustrating. We did not even go into American Eagle because we just wanted to get away from there and go to another part of the mall where we would not be harassed. read more

There are way better malls in the DFW area! The place seems very dated and in need of a renovation. Other than that they offer your typical mall shops with other various small shops. Honestly I would not come back again. read more

This mall is not that good. My favorite food place (mrs. fields & pretzeltime) closed down a while ago and now stuck with cheap, disgusting cookies from great american and auntie annes frozen pretzels. Mall management seems to have tried to have this place renovated, but still not good. Make the drive to Stonebrair or North Park or WillowBend. Seems like the loyal, good stores get pushed out by mall management. Very sad to see. Thats why i go elsewhere read more

Its alright. I'd prefer to drive an extra 20 min to The Parks At Arlington though. Its a little to small though. Its not like The Galleria or NorthPark at all. But a good mall just for a little walk and they have some decent stores. The mall has a lot of stores and restaurants around it though if you don't want to eat at the food court. I just don't like Hulen Mall. It's small. It is not maintained well. It seems dirty. The layout is just awkward. The small size makes even a small crowd of people seem like the place is packed. I really like Ridge Mar better but it seems like many stores are leaving there. Maybe the days of malls are over?!? That's sad. This mall has inproved a lot. It now had restaurants surrounding it like BJs, Abuelos, Red Robin and more. The stores on the inside are the ones I typically like Charlotte Russe, The Limited, New York and Company, Forever 21, Dillards, Gap, Macy's, Victoria Secret, Express... etc. I like this mall especially for it is never crazy packed. Remodeled forever 21.. Actually like this one compared to NE, Grapevine, and Arlington... WAY smaller but WAY MORE ORGANIZED! Their lines on weekends though are INSANE!!!! Smart move to have little knick knacks to dig through while you're waiting in that long line, so I end up spending more than I had wanted to. read more

A decent mall for the area. The Hulen Mall has come up in the world in the last few years getting an Abuelos, Bj's, and Red Robin. It's not my preferred mall, but it's right down the road from me. My kids will mall you to death and want to go all the time, so it's a quick way to get their mall fix. They have all your standard department stores. I used to have a great time coming here when i was younger. But I feel like its declining. And theres really not much. The sears used to have a huge selection of juniors clothing but now its mostly outdated clothes geared towards older women but just by the looks of it, I'm sure they would rather go in the other direction. The movies are more expensive here than other locations. It seems try are paying for the renovations still. The beer selection is not what it it at the others, either. The waitress told us they are trying to be more family friendly at this location. Admittedly we attended in the middle of the week, but the service was seriously lacking. We had to wait for someone to take our tickets 10 mins before the movie started. Then another 30 before our lights were acknowledged. Once we ordered, she came back 15 min. Later to tell us they were out of our beer selection. Of course, it was almost 1hr into movie before we received our first drinks, so did not order more. So unless you have children and don't mind waiting ( cause of course kids are GREAT at that), go to another Tavern or theater! read more

I went to Nori japan inside of Hulen Mall (I normally eat their food) and I got the chicken teriyaki and it was covered in like a fried coat or something then I went to eat and after a few minutes I had a raw piece of meat and when I told them what I found they was like "it's just beef" like I know that was some raw meat. read more
