Probably the worst facial experience I've ever had. I was in for a crystal microdermabrasion. The entire session lasted 25 minutes. I mean from lying on the bed to leaving the building. There were no words spoken, My face wasn't washed and they didn't examine my skin in the very dimly lit room. The "microderm' was approx 1.5 minutes long. It was a quick pass over. But there was no exfoliation, no crystals. Just felt a metal tip lightly passing over my skin quick. I actually asked if it was a radio frequency machine and when he said it's the microderm I was shocked. I just wanted to leave at that point. Then there was a mask and what consumed most of the minutes was a massage, which is nice and all but I'm there for a skin treatment not massage. So of the 25 minutes I'd say massage was 7. It was an approx 15-20 min facial session. And I'd be somewhat ok with the time if the actual service I came in for was done and done well. I just booked another microderm at my usual place because I really needed one and todays didn't suffice at all. :( read more

Went to this place for 2 microdermabrasion facial. By far the least satisfied I've ever been with Microderm in my life. The first time I went and let the lack of focus on a facial get outweighed by the neck massage guy gave me that was the majority of the facial?
