Parking is fairly easy and the facility is accessible although some exhibits are not. Also, when we visited some of the exhibits were not functioning. The exhibits that were working were therapeutic for adults and fun for kids. The pictures accurately depict what you're going to see. IG photo stations are available for that perfect viral photo. There is something for everyone. For my infant daughter is lulled her into a deep sleep. For my son, it gave him lots of fun adventures and for the adults, I wish they has a spa that incorporated some of those elements (that's how relaxed I felt). I don't know how long the exhibit will be in the city; however, definitely worth a visit.

The place is huge, and they have coat check for a fee. Tickets were pretty expensive for what was offered. Only thing my children enjoyed was the bubble pit and the sea of balloon filled room. More for IG pictures and to take your date to. On the other half of the building are dinosaurs themed. Other than the expensive tickets for admission, everything else came with a price tag. Came here once, wouldn't come back again.

If your kiddies love dinosaurs, then this is the place to be! We visited Jurassic Quest this past…read moreweekend in Toronto, the entire production travels from city to city in Canada and the US. Think the we're recently in Hamilton and Niagara as well, check their website to see if they're coming to a city near you. The first part of the experience were dinosaur exhibits. These were full-sized animatronic dinosaurs, some moved their heads or tails, while others were stationary. The lighting and set up were a nice touch. There were signs by the dinosaurs that listed some quick facts. There was a table with real fossils and there was an expert there to answer any questions that you might have. You can take as much or as little time as you want - my kids just wanted to get to the bouncy castles asap. As this event took place in the Enercare Center, hall A and B, there was lots of space. Unfortunately, they could've put more stuff in. There were only 5 bouncy castles, stationary dinosaurs that moved in place, ride-on dinosaurs that walked a bit, toddler battery operated jeeps, a toddler play area, excavation section (both to chip away at a piece of fossil and another sandbox like excavation area), inflated basketball/soccer area. We arrived at 3pm on a Saturday and it was packed. All the bouncy castles had long lines, like 10m wait for each one. The ride on dinosaur rides were equally as bad if not worse. The organizers should've either had timed entry or put in more attractions to alleviate the crowds. The souvenirs were ridiculous - $25 for a helium dinosaur balloon that cost 15 cents to buy from China. The admission wasn't cheap either - $27.50 for the basic admission (same price for adults and children), but your kid will want to do all the activities - so you can pay as you go per activity or pay $45 per child which includes admission and unlimited play. I did find that the lines were a whole lot shorter by 5:30/6:00pm. Overall, it was a fun experience, but for the price, I would've liked shorter lines and more attractions.

There was a lego area, mini market, large play structure, mini dentist and xray area, interactive wall, 2 simulation driving games, ball pit, construction site and a dress up area! Plenty of parking. Some snacks and drinks available for purchase inside. Downside: It was pretty pricey compared to others of its kind. Staff were friendly. There are little cubbies available for shoes and a rack for coats.

I'm glad they opened up a new indoor playground uptown as there's not many in the area, you would need to make your way to the west like Vaughan area. So my friend and I decided to bring our kids here on a P.A day. We booked the admission and did the waivers online. They have various time slots for you to choose from when you book the tickets online. The duration is 2 hours of play for $19.99+taxes, it includes one adult entry. We booked it for 11:30pm - 1:30pm. As you can imagine it was pretty busy since it was a P.A day. The playground wasn't that big, there's a few party rooms. They have various things for kids to do. One downside is they only had two video game stations. Kids had to line up and wait for their turn, timing can be tight since there's only 2 hours of playtime unless you pay extra to extend it. This place is fairly new so it's clean and well maintained. They don't allow outside food and drinks but I've seen some people with it, perhaps they had found a way to sneak it in. They have snacks and drinks that you can purchase. I looked into their party packages and in my opinion I think it's overly priced, it's not worth it. Bringing kids here once in a while to play is still okay in terms of one time admission fees but not with their passes or party packages.

Birthday party review…read more It's crazy from the walk in and non stop until you leave! Parking lot: narrow and limited so line ups will happen. But it's free so be patient. Entrance: Bottle necking traffic due to filling out waivers, and sign in. Rolling clothing carts are labelled for your party to hold gifts and clothes from your party. Rock climbing and harness climbing at the front is extra. The middle before the trampolines is the small arcade. Then it's shoes off before heading on to the trampolines. It's not a great transition for going shoeless here. Sock it to you here: Air riders make it mandatory to buy their neon green socks. Not any old grippy sock will do but their $5 ones. Staff are placed strategically throughout the jump site. Some are not as engaged or maybe the kids cannot hear them over the loud music. There is one tv to play a jump game and there is no one watching the line ups, so kids can be waiting eternally or get bumped from order. We asked to place an attendant here since kids aren't great at advocating. The floor manager tried but the teen moved to this new position was not happy managing this. An hour does go by really quickly. It didn't smell horribly of feet and sweat so that says a lot.

Ugh . . . fun set-up. but very disappointing service!…read more We went in Dec 2023 for a birthday party. glow-in-the-dark style . . . we were promised a party planner that would walk us through everything, but didn't get what was advertised . . . the trampolines and such were fun for the kids no doubt; but no one showed the kids where they could play for their hour or what they were entitled to experience (major miss - parents had to figure it out and show the kids) ... party planner didn't move our coat rack (present holder) to the party room after the first hr; didn't remember that we had ordered the water bottles, and t-shirt for the birthday boy (so the guests that left early didn't get their party gifts and didn't get to sign the shirt), and in general didn't help us out in any meaningful way at all during the party that would lead us to believe that they were taking care of us. In the end, my son had a good time and had fun with the trampolines and climbing park portion . . . but it could have been SO much better with an actual chaperone letting the kids know what they could do and where they could go... Along with people actually doing their job, like giving out the gifts to people that were paid for in advance, etc. And remembering the sharpie marker with the t-shirt so that the kids can sign it, as advertised online . . . as if it was a surprise, ha ha . . . anyways - won't be choosing this place again, and won't be recommending! An Easy "no thanks"
