If you need physical therapy, this is one of the best places to go. I, unfortunately, did not…read morefinish all of my treatments; however, I wish that I continued with it. My physical therapist was phenomenal... I'll let you figure out which physical therapist works best with you; however, There isn't a bad one there. The Assistance and staff are excellent. They will map out all of your physical therapy sessions that fit your schedule and within their scheduling. You will get a lot of information about what works best for you through their evaluation. I never felt as though I was being talked down to or talk that. Again, the treatment works. I should have continued with my own therapy, and I hope, you decide to have physical therapy there continue with yours because you'll gain a lot of knowledge about your needs and what works best for you along with methods to reduce pain, soreness tightness, and other things that I can't think of about this time. Ask for pricing I do not have that information. As to what insurance is they take? I don't know right off hand. They definitely take insurance. If for any reason, there's a work related injury and L & I are involved they assist with that as well.

This place runs like a PT factory. I had my assessment done by one PT, then unexpectedly saw a new…read morePT for the next visit, a PTA after that and finally a third PT. Everyone was kind and professional. The first two clinicians came off as inexperienced though, and provided instructions that were directly contradictory which left me confused. I finally clarified with the PTA and after that, followed the recommendations diligently. What I also found quite odd is that all clinicians had me do the exact same exercises in person as I was assigned to do at home while billing my insurance almost $300 for providing a skilled service -- but they added NOTHING to them. No increasing difficulty, no feedback or critique. Nothing. In fact, the PTA would just tell me to do a certain number of reps and then walk away. But I was desperate for pain relief and wrote it off as "it takes time" yada yada... At 7 weeks with no improvement, I finally called and requested a re-evaluation due to lack of progress. THAT should not be my job, and I think they would have just kept going if I hadn't advocated for myself, which is unacceptable IMO. I then saw the third PT who was excellent with manual techniques which provided a mild to moderate temporary benefit sometimes but no lasting pain relief. All this while I had been waiting for insurance approval for an RFA procedure. When my insurance company denied it, I called and asked for a list of my appointment dates to include in documentation for an appeal process. I was told that I would have to go through an outside agency to get this info as well as to sign a release form even though I was just requesting the information for myself. The agency contacted me 2 weeks later with an invoice for $21. Unbelievable. I also asked for a simple, short letter from one of the PT's stating that I had been compliant with the treatment plan and continued to be in pain. I was told that this could be done but there was no follow up at all. As a healthcare clinician myself, I am really disappointed by unnecessary administrative policies interfering with patient standard of care. In sum, this place could work for you if your issue is extremely clear and straightforward, or if you just need external motivation to do the work (or if you like loud country music...) -- but the consistency and quality of care appears to be poor for more complex issues.

These are very cool people who are professional and know exactly what they are doing. They are super helpful during therapy sessions and even give solid homework exercises. My wife and I have both been treated here and have had nothing but great experiences. It is a fun and happy place to go to even if you are dealing with pain.

Practitioners diagnose, treat, and make recommendations based on what a parent or guardian tells…read morethem only. Their clinic does not look at other supports a client is receiving and if the guardian says they want treatment and medication for a minor, they give it to them no questions asked. They make these recommendations off of a sometimes 30 minute teletherapy appointment where they do not even talk to the child. This clinic does not look at what other professionals' opinions are, whom are also caring for the minor child, such as pediatricians, school counselors/teachers/psychologists, daycares, and sports teams. They enable guardians into thinking something more serious is going on with a child and therefore schedule unnecessary appointments and prescribe unnecessary medications. I wish that their name did not contain Autism because it makes clients think they treat disorders on the spectrum, but they do not. They have no ABA therapists specifically for Autism, but rather have other professionals to fill in the gaps needed for proper Autism treatments (OT/PT/SLP/counselor associates/behavior coaches). The clinic writes letters making unfounded recommendations for school/work accommodations when they have no data to support what the client is like in a setting other than their office (yet again only taking into consideration what the parent/guardian wants). Bottom line: they have untrained professionals who are giving guardians what they want without the best interest of the minor client in mind. This clinic also thinks it is okay to have parents keep a child out of school for an entire day EACH WEEK for an appointment. The clinic will tell guardians their student needs a 504 accommodation plan or to be placed in special education (IEP) when the student has no learning struggles outside of the ordinary. I believe these professionals do not know what a 504 or IEP is in the school system and should be educated in this before they tell guardians this is what their student needs and then waste valuable educational resources to look into this. They also tell guardians to get a 504/IEP in place when the student in not in school yet or not attending in person classes, which does not make sense since those are classroom accommodations that schools have to provide by law 100% of the time. I have firsthand knowledge of this because I have been a licensed mental health therapist, school counselor, and mental health administrator practicing from Seattle to Bellingham over the past ten+ years and have dealt with three of their separate clinics all with the same issue.
