Despite confirming the urgency, UPS tracking now shows the package will arrive 2 days after I leave. At this point, maybe one of the neighbor kids will steal the package thinking it's something fun or valuable -- surprise. I will absolutely be discontinuing service with Performance Home Medical for multiple reasons, including the fact that every single person I've talked to -- from intake to managers -- has been completely incompetent and incapable of handling even simple customer requests. I've spent hours on hold waiting for answers, and I've been lied to by both representatives and managers and the call back system they have doesn't work at all. NEVER AGAIN!

It often takes the dining staff 45 minutes or more to serve the food when residents are waiting and there are only two meal choices. We have experience food being under cooked, and vegetables being so old they should not be served. Our family member often has had stomach issues and diarrhea that we think is at least partially caused by the food served. COVID was terrible with residents being forced to be isolated in their rooms for months. They are short staffed in all areas. Not just the dining room. The monthly charges have gone up and up. Maintenance is lacking in the units, including changing light bulbs, loose towel racks, etc. We have had to fix things because of this. They really do not offer a lot of assistance for ADL's even with extra fees. We will probably be moving our loved one soon.
