What's NOT OK is the reception personnel taking it upon themselves to sign me up for the Prepaid Wax Package for $594 with a credit card I had on file for my regular service, when I SPECIFICALLY asked them to call me to remind about the promo before it expired. Next thing I know I have $148.50 coming out of my account on a regular basis and I NEVER signed up for this!! All because the front reception area personnel was having an internal "contest" to sign up clients around the holidays. Misuse and unauthorized use of customer's credit cards without their consent or a SIGNED contract for services is a NO-NO! Kaytlyn has been an integral part of my sugaring journey. In the past I had gotten my legs waxed (regular waxed) and had to stop because the pain was just not worth it. I had NEVER gotten a Brazilian before so naturally I was very nervous when I decided to try sugaring. Kaytlyn had educated me on what sugaring is and how it differs from traditional waxing and she provided an honest, efficient and comfortable experience from start to end. We played music, and she had plenty of pillows and things to make me more comfortable. I got my armpits, legs, and bikini area waxed and it was not even close to as bad as I remember my legs being in the past. My skin was tender for maybe 24 hours and after that it was like I had never grown hair before. I had never felt so confident!
