Yes they open that early for all you early risers and 8-5pm office people out there. Brenda was great! She was literally there when I buzzed in 7:10. I have had mostly excellent service with this company but one technician was really rude and extremely unprofessional. Katie or Katylyn. I started not to complain as I never want to bother but after an awful experience last year, I started going to another establishment. It is not convenient. I have to drive 20 minutes out of the way to get a 15 minute eyebrow service and I'm pissed that I'm being punished for an immature brat. Here's the story. I made an appointment for brows. Then texted to add additional service because I didn't understand how to do it online. She texted back a new start time which caused confusion on my part. When I arrived, Katie was pissed. She scolded me for not using the app. After 10 visits with no problem from anyone else, I didn't even know there was an app. Anyway, she wasn't having a good day and let me have it. I told her I didn't appreciate her tone and she has no right to speak with a customer like that. Anyway, I let it pass.
