What's NOT OK is the reception personnel taking it upon themselves to sign me up for the Prepaid Wax Package for $594 with a credit card I had on file for my regular service, when I SPECIFICALLY asked them to call me to remind about the promo before it expired. Next thing I know I have $148.50 coming out of my account on a regular basis and I NEVER signed up for this!! All because the front reception area personnel was having an internal "contest" to sign up clients around the holidays. Misuse and unauthorized use of customer's credit cards without their consent or a SIGNED contract for services is a NO-NO! I haven't had the mental bandwidth to deal with this just yet, nor has my schedule permitted.

She also took the time to tweeze a few stubborn stragglers, a detail that not every esthetician bothers with, and I really appreciated the extra care. I am a regular to Marcie, I see here ever 2 week for the exact services and others as well. Her ability to ease ones stresses and make the environment fun is reflective in her Gifted ability. The salon is clean and very professional, the instruments used in procedures are in proper working order and sterile. Lets be honest waxing is not fun but Marcie has this skill to not make it hurt more than it has to and to be quick and precise. Never missing a beat. I leave saying to myself really, she is that good. Always friends, outgoing and professional. This woman is truly Gifted. If your new to the procedure she explains it before and during and sometimes will provide little tips that you can do to maximize your experience. I love it! I am so happy I found this place on Groupon, I've been getting Brazillian waxes for YEARS. I recently relocated to LV from L.A., and was really hesitant, I have for the past year or so been having an adverse reaction to waxing and was getting really discouraged.
