I went and look at their website and it says u can book an appointment- i took a peek and saw times and date and prices and a name Nancy Huang as the masseuse and for a Foot massage 60 minutes says $30- i didnt go thru with the appointment because i am making it for two and i didnt see the option for two. So i called to set up appointment- talked to a female and i said i want the foot massage for $30 for 60 minutes and she said no 60 minutes only 30 minutes for foot massage and for $30 i told her but the website said $30 for 60 minutes. After a few minutes of explaining i just didnt do it. I just Hope they update their website . Got the Groupon for this hidden Gem and drove over from Paris. Drive was about 20 minutes but well worth the time. Located in a strip mall we went around 4PM and there was plenty of parking. Walked in with my mother and was greeted to a nice looking lobby with a nice couch to sit on and wait as we were a little early. The staff was very kind and professional. After showing the coupon we were asked for the Voucher Number. For those who never used Groupon before the email your sent as a "Receipt" is not good enough to redeem the Groupon (This is for any business, not just this one). You have to go to the Groupon website, sign into your account, pull up active Groupons and hit "Redeem". Once you "Redeem" the Groupon it will show a barcode with a number below it. That number is what the business needs to confirm you paid and is also the number the business uses to get paid by Groupon. There are a few negative reviews in here and it appears by reading them people don't actually know the process which is not clearly explained by Groupon. Anyways we did the 90 minute massage and facial which as someone who's been to a lot of Chinese massage places I can say with confidence this place is in my top 5! The experience was very relaxing and the lady who did my massage and facial was very good and did not go too deep. Massage went like any standard back, arms, and shoulder massage but during the facial they used some machines I've never seen before. Some special vacuum tip that sucks up blackheads and another machine was a diamond tip thing I don't know what it did but did not hurt at all and the facial was just as relaxing as the massage. They also do a lot more then just massage and facials so ill be back as its way cheaper and has better value than any of the spas on the strip! read more

I get there she ask what exactly we working on I say I need arm legs armpits and Brazilian we start on the lady goods completely normal due to being one of the most painful areas she pulls out a clippers I was super confused she advise due to the length wanting to make it less painful as possible makes since been two month she shaves be down to the skin and tells me I have ingrowns she can't do nothing about. First and foremost when I was getting my massage, the massage therapist kept on hitting his head with his penis which made it uncomfortable and hard to relax. He also goes a little too rough and didn't even do my full service. Didn't do my foot soak or sugar scrub on it and then gets mad at me because I refuse to leave a tip for someone who makes me uncomfortable and didn't even finish their job and or provide the full service. Overall it was a nice place cause of the smells and quietness but I don't recommend it again And edit for you Mrs. yuehming I was going to copy and paste it and I couldn't figure it out so be suspicious all you want. Save your self some money and your eye balls. This place may be fine for a simple foot massage, as far as anything else goes you could give yourself a better facial at home. The lady had no idea what she was doing, slathering on some type of soap and massage my face for what felt like 10 minutes she got the soap in my eyes. Leaving me with a greasy feeling after and hoping I don't break out from it. The massage was mediocre at best, the gentleman was very handsy, and they had to switch people because another customer didn't want a guy. So unprofessional to ask a client to switch people. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple extra dollars to go to some resort. No licenses anywhere which tells me they just find people off the street with hands. I have been coming here for about 7 years. It seems there may have been more than one owner. I have never had ANYONE complain about my tip. I get 1 hour for $30 and just give them 40.00 that is just easy for me. I have only had great service from all of the spa specialists. I sometimes have to tell them to reduce the pressure. It hurts so good some days. They have a punch hard so you get a free massage after 10. I go every couple weeks. I usually try to call when I am on the way. This way they can call in another tech if they are busy. read more

I pointed to the sign that clearly says $30 and said I would leave a 20%tip. A woman came running out from the back and screamed (smiling the whole time) "$10 tip! $30 massage, $10 tip!" My husband and I went here for the first time today and won't be back. The place is very nice and clean and the employees are also great. But, massage therapists they are not. We've been getting reflexology for years and know what good and bad is. There was no pressure applied - worse than a Swedish massage. After the massage, my husband got charged double of what I was told on the phone. The masseur was not organized. He left every time somebody cane into the door. I recommend you wear shorts and a strapless top to get the most out of the full body massage...thought I was paying $30 for a foot rub, but Davy did my ENTIRE BODY and it was pure bliss! I tipped him $30 because it felt like a crime to get that type of service for only $30! I'll be here weekly from now on. I'm in town for a quick vacation and I thought I would treat myself to a foot & back massage. The massage was okay. Not great not terrible. I get these massages all the time back home so know the difference between an okay one & a great one. In the middle of my treatment my therapists has the owner come out to ask me if I am pregnant cause he doesn't know if I can roll over on my belly. Now I'm a little over weight (by like 15poinds) but I don't look pregnant. I brush it off and and the massage continues. I go to pay for my 90 minute massage which was $45. I tipped 15% which seemed fair to me as the massage was just okay, the massage therapist (who spoke very little English ) says, oh no no and calls for the owner. The owner came up and told me that I had to tip $15. When I said that $7 was 15% she said no you have to tip $15 and they pulled out a sheet, $5 = unhappy, $10 = happy, $15 = very happy, $20= excellent. I was really applaled by her attitude when I told her that I was asked if I was pregnant and I felt $7 was a fair am out but she didn't care. She insisted on me tipping $15. To shut her up I begrudgly adjusted my tip so she would let me leave. As I was leaving I told her that you can't tell/demand clients tip a certain ammount, rudely ask a client if they are pregnant and that only okay massages deserve 15% tips but she seemed to not care at all and thought it was funny that I telling her she was in the wrong. My suggestion would to be to go to any place else then here as they have the rudest owner and don't seem to care about customer service at all. read more

The first time I would have said 3 stars then the last time a 2 star and this time NO STARS... and I only went back this time because my hubby bought me a gift certificate because I've been saying how badly I need a massage.
