BEWARE - It seems that Ray Dean is still up to his old tricks, not completing promised work. I never thought I would fall victim for something like this, but it seems to be the case. I still hold out hope that he will somehow do what's right, but with his history it seems very unlikely. Basically, robbing the common man (not rich at all) of his final retirement savings is one of the biggest sins someone can commit, not to mention a so-called Man of God... My case is Very similar to all the other stories. He describes himself as an honest, religious family man. The quote and invoice are professional and timely enough. Then comes the hook: I need material money up front. I need extra money for material. I was sick, It was bad weather., My truck broke down. I am now at what may be the last phase where communication stops or lags with another excuse. I even offered to come get the fencing and help with installation. Unfortunately he stopped replying. I really do feel sorry for him. He may want to make good, but the list of victims seems to keep growing. Ray Finished the fence today 5-13-2022 Thanks Ray for finishing your job . We purchased the fence 2-23-2022 And we knew the special order fence Would take 4-6 weeks to arrive & Around 4-11 we called Ray to get a install date & come to find out He Damaged his foot pretty bad And a few weeks later cut his Finger pretty bad too -.. he promised Us the fence would be done by 5-15-2022 and he got the job done And even put in a few more posts To keep the small dogs in the yard !! Ray is AWESOME at communicating and working through every possible option with such patience and kindness. He works on his own so you need to cut him some slack on the timing of completion but he will do his best to make you a happy Customer! He will take your money and leave! He won't finish the job, says he will come "tomorrow", make promise after promise and always has an excuse for no-show (cut his finger, water issues, loss of family member, daughter scored a soccer goal and had to celebrate...those are just a few). We hired Ray to install a chain link fence around the front of our property. The project included two 20' rolling gates. Since our property slopes downward, the gates proved to be challenging but Ray stuck with it, even putting in a couple very long days (4:30 am to 5:30 pm). I know that if we ever need any maintenance or repairs on any of our fencing, we can count on Ray. read more

This company, nor it's owner, does not have a valid licence listed in the registrar of contractors website of AZ. This person "company" scammed me for over 5,000 dollars as a result of their illegal contracting activities. The job I stupidly hired him for was never completed and the little bit of work he did do has since fallen down repeatedly because he did not secure the fence panels, put in new posts, use new hardware and hinges. It is the worst fence job I've ever seen. Protect yourself from contractors fraud, look up anyone you intend to hire on the az registrar of contractors website and check for complaints and check for a valid liscense. read more

Ray made an appointment at 10:00 AM on Monday with me on Sunday night. One hour before the appointment, I texted Ray to confirm the appointment 1 hour before and he responded that he was busy with a customer and would call me in a little bit. He never called and didn't text a time to meet. It has been 4 hours without a response from Ray with Humble Fence LLC. I would never count on anything he says. He was a total waste of my time. He went above and beyond to install my chain link fence and remove old pieces that were not needed without extra charge. Threw in some supplies he had to help make the ends meet.
