That is not what happened. I loudly cried out numerous times during the procedure, I do not feel that the doctor had any compassion. After wards I was physically in shock, nauseous and light headed. Dr. Keyhani cancelled my appointment exactly one week ago because he was sick. TOTALLY understandable; I'm not upset at that. However, I was told that I would be getting a call the next day regarding my results and didn't. I gave it 5 days because I figured he was just busy. Was told that I would be getting a call back within the hour. I did not. I called back, but got the answering machine and left a message. 2 days later, still no call. I called today and got the run around again, but asked for names and more details this time and why it was so hard to tell me what the next step is. Do I need surgery or not?? Asked if there was anyone else that had access to the report on my file (were the results not notated? Is Dr. Keyhani's memory so good that he just remembers everyone's results?). I was told that secretary Cynthia would contact his assistant Erica when they got out of the clinic within the hour. No call back. Of course. You get the idea.. I call back, finally was sent to his assistant. Who tried to schedule me for another appointment to simply tell me what my next step needs to be. Me: "Why do I need to make another appointment? Can you just tell me what my file says?" Her response was that she would print out my file and call me back no later than an hour. 2 hours later. Still waiting... I called back and left a message with their message operator who said she'd relay my complaint to the office. Oh. My. Gosh. This is the most inefficient medical experience I have ever had. Clearly he is overbooked and has too many patients. Had they told me they were not accepting new patients at this time, I'd go somewhere else. ...but it doesn't work that way. $$ It's been 2 months, I have a very important event coming up and I needed this to be done already. I'm very frustrated.
