Checked old thermostat as I watched, answered questions. We needed a new thermostat, which he had in stock in his van. Showed me the specs and price on his phone, which I approved. He then installed it and voila! problem solved. Price? Not cheap, but reasonable considering the immediate and hassle-free service. It spared us another chilly night in the house! Ken himself did not come to give me the estimate. I didn't have the extra money at the time but I recently called Ken and after 3 phone calls, not being returned and not showing up when planned he finally showed up said he or one of his employees would do it the next morning after 9am. Well no one showed up so at around 10:45 I called (4th time) He said that didn't have the valve that he needed and was looking for one and that he would come by at the end of the day. Well guess what? I don't know what happened but he didn't show and I wasn't about to call again. So unfortunately I don't have anything good to say about his work as No work was done. 4 months ago I was impressed but now I'm disappointed. I even apologized for bothering him when I called the third time and when he did show up told him that if he was too busy right now for such a small job to let me know. That's when he said he'd be here the next morning. So he may be a great plumber??? I can't say but his customer service is very lacking! K. Hutchinson
