My…read moreinsurance company decided to not renew my policy due to "excessive moss growth", which I found the use of the word excessive a bit comical. However, I contacted Humboldt Pressure Wash about cleaning the roof in hopes the insurance would reconsider as I was on my third company as it was. He just never replied back after I had decided not to drop $2K on a new gate just to have a lock placed. He could have at least responded to say he couldn't provide the service that he initially said he would. Just straight up ghosted and not good on his word. I would not recommend, unless you are willing to pay through the nose.
