We went back to Six Rivers and found that they have their own crew that can remove the panels and re-install them once the roof was complete. The coordination of this was very smooth, office staff fantastic, (Liz, Andrea, and Jaz), in fitting us into their busy schedule for both the removal, and re-install. They know their products, and safely stored them when removed. Our roofers ended on a Friday, and the re-install team was there on that same day and did a wonderful job reinstalling the panels (28 of them), and ensured that they were functioning properly. Special kudos to Jonah who spent an hour updating the firmware and reconnecting me to mysolaredge to monitor our solar production. I highly recommend them for this kind of work.

I had interviewed two other installers but the ease of communication, high quality product and timeline of install offered by Green Wired sealed the deal. Then I had to regroup due to money matters and postponed for a year - they were very patient and understanding. A month ago Green Wired informed me I'd have to pay another building permit fee($460) if I postponed past December 9th. I was able to get my money figured out and they were able to fit me into their schedule. The infrastructure for the panels took a full day for installation and then the team came back to install the panels, microinverters and Combiner. The quiet, efficient and thorough job the team did allowed me to have a stress free day. I tipped each member of the team, as I realized it was them that make good on the promises of the company. I cannot recommend Green Wired enough if anyone is interested in installing solar on their home. Everything they said they'd do they did; professionally , quickly and well. Caleb did give us accurate information though when I shut off power to our 29 year old operating hot tub it seems I had a-lot of extra electricity not being utilized each month. That of course falls on me. We are happy we chose Greenwired. The new more efficient hot tub is on all the time and I still have extra electricity not utilized. We love knowing it is putting out what Caleb said it would (and more since i asked for 2 more panels.) My wife wanted to have a solar installation no matter what. Anything for the environment, right? Me, Mr. Wants to Get His Financial Return asap, is glad to know if we switch from current hybrid plug auto to an all electric...we have the extra output from our solar installation from Greenwired. Also, maybe we will switch from gas to air to air heat pump for warming our home (and cooling in the winter.) From presentation/estimate to installation to actually experiencing the returns for many months now, we are happy. We have yet to purchase a battery but no question Greenwired is now our go to experts!

They wanted to start work prior to necessary permits being issued and were slow at submitting required paperwork. Very hard to reach by phone or get return calls. I waited for a period after the work was done to see what their responsiveness would be for service issues. Recently reached out for help and again, no reply. The original salesman assured me they would always be responsive and "just a phone call away". That hasn't been my experience. Once they received their money in full, no more contact. It was a nightmare getting them to complete and submit the required paperwork so I could receive my rebate. When I spoke with the owner about the issues, rather than acknowledging their shortcomings, the blame was always placed with others entities, (the County, the utility company, etc.), which wasn't the case. I had some additional systems updated in my house but after the experience with my solar/generator install, I didn't even consider having Scurfield Solar do the work
