I have left messages and sent emails, but to no avail. If I received an answer from one employee of Rose Hill, another employee would call the next day and change the answer. My father was buried at Rose Hill in August 2023; in July 2024, NO grass was planted on the grave. I have called and opened a ticket in person and heard this is unacceptable. However, when I returned, nothing happened. This situation has been disheartening and very disrespectful to my Dad. He deserves so much better than this.
